The only one hotel that will stay in Kanpur

Nice and cheap good service

Good hotel, probably the best in Kanpur. Everything is great, a little upset by the construction near the hotel. They are building a metro, but it will be good soon

Landmark has amazingly courteous executives who made our stay memorable. Priyanka, Aarti, Namra in the pool side restaurant.. Satnam on the front office...people who made us feel comfortable and welcomed in every connect. Sonali, the customer services manager is one of the best managers, I have come across in my all my travels. A big thankyou to these amazing people for a great stay.

The Breakfast had a variety of options. The staffs were great and prompt. Special thanks to Santanu and Priyanka from Hospitality staff. Overall very good experience.Room and ambience were also good. They have also games zone where the children can play. I will come again

Starting from checkin to room and to Dining area, the experience is wonderful. Chef Sanjeev Kumar helped a lot to keep our taste buds alive. The food - dinner + breakfast was super in taste as well healthy. Buffet breakfast is must to have at this property. Lot of options.

While this is one of the best option to stay in Kanpur, it lacks some of the basics which you would expect from a hotel. There was some smell in the lobby and room which made the entire stay unmcomfortable. The food and breakfast was ok. Overall, I would recommend that the management should focus on increasing the cleanliness in the hotel.

Worst hotel Experience Ever! They charge 7500 per night and in return gives the worst possible Experience! I arrive first the boom barrier did not open and my taxi was stuck then they said there is no Electricity! Then I had to walk to the lobby. Then I enquired about Gym timings- They said not operational. Then said I have to wait 5 minutes as none of the systems are working and they can’t generate a room Key. After I waited 30 minutes- They said the same thing that none of the systems are working. Anyways after a long wait of around 40 minutes got my keys. Entered the room with the promise of Pool view room but to my surprise had the worst view ever. Then no towels were kept in the room. Complete Nightmare!
