"I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of basic hospitality standards The breakfast experience was completely subpar. The restaurant manager Mr.shivam provided false information regarding the breakfast offerings. Once there, the food quality was poor, and the service was excruciatingly slow The mattress, in particular, was far too old, worn out, and uncomfortable for a proper night's rest. The service issues were only compounded by management's attitude. The Front Office Manager Mr. Ankit seems to be in the wrong profession—behaving more like a defensive advocate or politician focused on arguing and defending shortcomings rather than resolving guest issues. Escalating the matter to the General Manager was equally unproductive and a complete waste of time. A hospitality business relies on comfort, honesty, and customer care—none of which were present during this stay. I would strongly advise prospective guests to look elsewhere. Front of the hotel full of water not good location"

I had accidentally booked the property for the day ahead as i booked past 12 at night and requested him to adjust the payment. He went on asking for an exuberant price that too in cash seeing how helpless we were as it was late at night. Greedy people."
