Hotels Near Jagannath Temple in Kanpur

Stayed for couple of hours in this hotel while in transit. Had booked a superior room through Agoda. The location is very near to Kanpur station - hardly 5 mins by auto. The room tarrif is on the higher side. Even for couple of hours of stay they charged an extra person for my kid. Way too expensive compared to facilities they offer. You will surely get similar accommodation at a much lesser price nearby. Pros: Family hotel. Room( Superior) was small but cosy, nice and clean bathroom, courteous staff, quality of food is good and freshly prepared Cons: The reception person needs to be more courteous. The service specially food is tad slow, and above all price of food/rooms are on higher side.

They provided the best facility like neat and clean room, clean towel, bed sheet is also clean. Staff behavior is better. All the staff are cooperative. Best part is very near to station platform no. 1, cant side

Booked the hotel through Makemytrip (not good in customer support). 1. extremely bad check-in experience 2. rooms were smelling like sarvajanik toilet 3. staff was not much helpful 4. I am sharing a few photos 5. not good for family stay good for single or couple (few cases) who don't care much about cleaning 6. They will not provide you with toilet paper room locks that are broken and not easy to lock. top of the worst is I booked it with breakfast for a 3-night stay and their staff doesn't even know the basics of booking with breakfast policy and they were asking me to pay the breakfast bill during the checkout (funny). I can put a few staff names but I am not doing it because I will anyways not even think about this incident in the future. I saw all good ratings on trip advisor and I made the decision basis on that, but now I can judge the ratings after my stay there. I will not fool people and putting genuine feedback. the only thing I like about the stay is the food from the restaurant Jo-Hukum else if you are going with your family please please don't book this hotel to stay in. if you are single coming for 1 or few days stay for business or another purpose than this hotel is good for you (even I am managing my company's events and managing the entire team of travel booking of company staff and I will definitely not think about this kind of hotel for our staff to stay. overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay. I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features. However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to manage your expectations in terms of size. In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

Nice environment, swimming pool, good staff attitude, friendly reception, good breakfast in the restaurant, rich variety, room facilities are a bit old, others are good.

The staff was so humble and helpful which was the best part of our stay. Talking about the food its was worth the money, they also have bar within the hotel premises. Also the rooms was well clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family during there visit to kanpur.

definitely one of the best hotels here. It is supposed to be about 5 years old. India is often loud, the street with the main entrance, even when there are parties in the hotel, at breakfast there is often television and loudspeakers in parallel. Breakfast usually has something for everyone, but not much meat. The hotel food in the evening is good, hotel guests get a discount. In the rooms the air conditioning is on and too loud, or off... and it quickly gets too warm. A ceiling fan can be set to low. There is a small gym and a pool, but it looks dirty. There are always short power outages, the internet is pretty unstable everywhere in Kanpur.

It is a great place to stay and value for money, the hospitality is excellent and the service is top class. The property is well maintained and the ambiance is fantastic. And the pebbles restaurant here is very wonderful. Overall highly recommended for business and personal travel. It is at a good distance from the airport and convenient for traveling throughout Kanpur.
