Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was very disappointing, mainly because of the poor attitude and unprofessional behavior of the staff towards guests. I did not feel any respect or courtesy — instead, I was met with rudeness and neglect. Welcoming and serving guests should be a basic standard in the hospitality industry, but sadly that was not the case here. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all. I hope they work on improving how they treat their guests in the future.

Excellent service and staff, the food was great and the room spacious. It was very clean. I would recommend New Hotel to all my partners . It was also comfortable and I was able to concentrate on my work.

The New hotel is a lovely place not far from Sarajevo. The New Hotel's staff is really friendly and professional. My visit was fantastic, and we have beautiful memories since they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Of course, I'm looking forward to going back to the new hotel.

Bir günlüğüne Saraybosna’ya geldik gezdik konaklayacak yer ararken New Hotel e geldik. Çok memnun kaldık personel çok güleryüzlü çok yardımcı oldular tertemiz kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz buraya gelirseniz başka otel aramayın kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

otimo hotel. novo e limpo. Falta no entanto cortinados nos quartos. Pessoal agradável. Um pouco dificil de encontrar. Bom pequeno almoço. Recomendo para quem queira visitar Sarajevo. Vale a pena. Tm lugar de estacionamento grátis.

Bom hotel. Recente e limpo. Apesar de em criticas anteriores referirem que os cortinados não cobriam a totalidade das janelas, ainda se mantém. Falamos na recepção, pois um dos quartos não tinha cortinados e deixava a claridade entrar de manhã. Nada foi feito. As janelas não estão insonorizadas e deixam passar o barulho da estrada que fica em frente ao hotel. Estacionamento gratuito. Pequeno almoço razoável. Hotel dificil de encontrar. Não aparece no google maps.
