The smell is very bad. I paid extra to book a big bed, but the room I got was two small beds combined. The quality of other guests is also very bad. Guests would still run drunk in the corridors

This is the first time I stayed in a business hotel with such a bad feeling. There was a damp and strange smell as soon as I entered the room. The bathroom floor was not very clean. The bath towel was obviously old~ The cup on the sink outside was very dirty. The carpet in the room was also very dirty... There was a socket at the bedside...but the electricity was 220. The bedside table was very dusty! The walls of the room are all dirty. The bathroom and bathtub are surrounded by dirty silicone. The air conditioner is super loud when sleeping at night. The bed is too soft... I feel itchy all over my body after sleeping. The overall accommodation experience is super bad.

Although it was a very last minute hotel reservation, the service and speed quickly confirmed that it was booked by the movers. The comments from the family were that the color tone might be a little cold, but overall it was still okay and had a little flavor. I hope it can be improved.
