This hotel is excellent! The front desk staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations for attractions in Kaohsiung. The infinity pool offers stunning views, making you feel like you're at the center of Kaohsiung.

Absolutely amazing service. I had delayed flights and a long travel time. I had a concert the same day and just expected to be allowed to drop my bags and check in later. However the staff were so friendly, understood and allowed me to check in early, luckily my room was ready. It meant a lot to me, thank you! Best hotel I have stayed in a while, yummy breakfast and fabulous views.

Staying at this new hotel was a great experience. The design is really stylish, and the rooms are spacious. All the appliances in the room are from well-known brands. It's super convenient that the hotel has a restaurant, perfect for when I'm feeling too lazy to go out. They even provide a tea set with good quality Oolong tea, which was a nice touch.

Love this hotel after our first visit a few months ago. Back here with kids this time and I am still amazed by its modern design, great location and cozy environments.  The only difference for the visit this time if the staff friendliness was bit disappointed with ineffective communication and less welcomed attitude at the lobby lounge afternoon tea area. Also the room cleaning service is not as comprehensive as last time. Hope they will improve.
