This hotel boasts excellent facilities and a unique charm. The rooftop pool is absolutely spectacular, especially when bathed in the glow of the sunset. The rooms are spacious, and the complimentary snacks and drinks are a nice touch, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

It was indeed very good, very comfortable, and conveniently located. I guess you could say I stayed in the same hotel as the CEO in the MV! 🥕

This hotel is excellent! The front desk staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations for attractions in Kaohsiung. The infinity pool offers stunning views, making you feel like you're at the center of Kaohsiung.

Absolutely amazing service. I had delayed flights and a long travel time. I had a concert the same day and just expected to be allowed to drop my bags and check in later. However the staff were so friendly, understood and allowed me to check in early, luckily my room was ready. It meant a lot to me, thank you! Best hotel I have stayed in a while, yummy breakfast and fabulous views.

The room is spacious and very nice. However, the front desk staff could be more helpful. Since our Mandarin isn’t very good, we sometimes didn’t understand clearly, and when we asked questions, it felt like we were not being treated patiently.

Staying at this new hotel was a great experience. The design is really stylish, and the rooms are spacious. All the appliances in the room are from well-known brands. It's super convenient that the hotel has a restaurant, perfect for when I'm feeling too lazy to go out. They even provide a tea set with good quality Oolong tea, which was a nice touch.

Love this hotel after our first visit a few months ago. Back here with kids this time and I am still amazed by its modern design, great location and cozy environments.  The only difference for the visit this time if the staff friendliness was bit disappointed with ineffective communication and less welcomed attitude at the lobby lounge afternoon tea area. Also the room cleaning service is not as comprehensive as last time. Hope they will improve.

The room was really big for two of us. I think it was meant to be for four people. They have free snacks and drinks and are refilled every day. The beds are comfy for us as in they are not too soft (we don’t like beds that are too soft that sinks in as our back will feel uncomfortable the next day).

The room was spacious, but the soundproofing wasn't great. The elevators were a hassle; you had to switch elevators on the 25th floor. It's right next to a library and there's also a cinema nearby. It's about 100 meters from the InterContinental, and the price went up significantly when I booked.

The environment was okay, but I found a hair in my noodle soup at the breakfast buffet. They really need to improve their hygiene.
