After arriving at the hotel, the counter staff searched for a long time and couldn't find the reservation. The strange thing was that even though they had received the confirmation letter, including the order number and check-in voucher, and showed them all to the hotel, they still couldn't find the reservation record. It took me a long time to find out that there is indeed a reservation... I’m not sure if it’s a Trip.com problem or a hotel system problem (???)

The location is right next to the port, which is definitely the most convenient choice. There are also many food options nearby at night, so you won't be bored! ! !

We decided to go to Kaohsiung on the spur of the moment. It was Saturday again, and the hotel was a bit old. It was close to the Pier 2 Art Zone. If you are not particular about it, you can choose.

1 The special parking lot is very far away, so far that you have to drive to get there - it’s like there is no parking lot. (The hotel subsidizes parking fees up to 150 yuan per day) 2 Parked in a nearby private parking lot for 2 nights. When I picked up the car, I found that the price was as high as 900 yuan. If I looked closely, there was a small notice posted next to it saying that the price would increase during the National Day fireworks, so it is recommended to park on the side of the road (I guess the price will increase even during the holidays). 3. You have to drive back to the hotel to apply for the parking lot subsidy, which is very inconvenient.

@Service: The service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. @Hardware: It is an older hotel. The most unacceptable thing is that when you stay on the 14th floor, the water in the shower head when taking a shower is very small no matter morning or evening. When you take a shower while standing, it is completely impossible to rinse due to insufficient water pressure (the last one is Squat in the bathtub and the water will be slightly bigger before you can take a bath). It's hard to imagine that if you want to take a bath, it may take 2 to 3 hours to fill the bathtub until it is ready for taking a bath. It is not separated from wet and dry, but the water splash is small enough not to spray out of the bathtub. @Breakfast: There are not many types, but basically all the simple Chinese and Western dishes are available. The restaurant staff are great and polite. At this price during the National Day, coupled with this kind of hardware facilities, it can only be said that you get what you pay for.

I choose this hotel every time I come to Kaohsiung. Although the facilities are older, the service attitude and cleanliness have never let me down. The perfect buffet breakfast is my favorite.
