Xinguangge Business Hotel

The weather was bad these past few days, so I spent most of my time inside the hotel. The room had all the basic amenities. If you needed hot or cold water, you could get it from the water dispenser in the hallway. They also had oolong tea available. The location was convenient, with a convenience store downstairs and a large mall about a 5-minute walk away, so finding food was never an issue.

The location and facilities are excellent; I would definitely recommend it to friends and will book again for future stays! The staff were very friendly. The only downside was not being able to reserve a parking spot, which was a shame because otherwise, it would have been perfect.

Great location, very close to the MRT station 💛💛💛. There's a water dispenser in the hallway which is really convenient 💛💛. It's not too noisy at night 💛💛, and there's a FamilyMart convenience store and a department store nearby.

There was a leak in the room, but the hotel's location is super convenient, close to Sando Shopping District and Far Eastern Department Store, and there's a Family Mart right downstairs.

The hotel has a parking lot, but you need to inform them in advance. The location is excellent, with a self-service laundry next door and very close to the subway station. The room is spacious and clean. Any issues were immediately addressed and resolved, making it great value for money.

The initial booking page misleadingly stated that private parking was free, enticing me to book. However, only by clicking further into the details did it reveal a small disclaimer about private parking, and clicking on *that* disclaimer then informed me that reservations were required in advance. The staff simply told me it was my fault for not clicking through everything. Choose your accommodations carefully!

My overall experience staying at Shinkong Kaku Business Hotel was very satisfying. The location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation and amenities, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-designed layout that allowed for good rest and relaxation. The staff were friendly and polite, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth, giving a professional and thoughtful impression. For the price, it offers excellent value for money; the facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. It's definitely a quality hotel worth revisiting.
