A very FINE hotel (pun intended). The room was big. We had a big bathroom with a huge shower. The lobby has snacks, vending machine and water dispenser. The bed is super comfortable with quality quilts and pillows. Would book again

Location, cleanliness and service all were perfect. Staff were very friendly. Found out Kaohsiung is art city., Thank you for Fine hotel. Felt escaped from northern aftershock since Apr3 earthquake. No shaking and felt relaxed

Overall nice. Doesn't exactly look like the pictures as it is looks a bit older. The staff is nice. We had a good time overall.

Location was good as it’s around 5 mins walking distance to the MRT station. Didn’t know that there isn’t auto make-up room service as per other hotels unless a sign is hanged at the door. Hence, rubbish wasn’t cleared until the 3rd day. The bed looks clean when checked in, however I had bed bites on my hands and legs on the 2nd night. And there is no changing of towels/bedsheets.
