The room lighting is a bit dim, and the faucet water pressure is very low, plus it leaks. The soundproofing is quite poor, and there's no elevator, so you have to take the stairs. Other than that, everything else is great, and the space is very generous.

The room layout is quite unique, using a fabric curtain to separate the toilet from the bedroom. When showering, the water pressure can be a bit unstable, fluctuating between strong and weak, and hot and cold, but it's not a major issue. The soundproofing isn't exceptionally good, but it's not exceptionally bad either; it's an acceptable middle ground. However, considering the price – less than 1300 for two people in the city center – I still think it's a good deal. Although, it might be more suitable for close friends or couples to share.

Great room. Very spacious and nice design. Only problem is soundproofing to the corridor. Fridge quite noisy, but I just unplugged it at night. Big bonus is the laundry facilities, which are free apart from NT 30 for detergent from reception. Dryers were slow, but can't complain as it was free. Lots of nice food places nearby, although the peanut place just round the corner always had massive queues so I never tried it even though it looked amazing. There's an food recommendation map in the lifts, so that's helpful.

Great little place in the middle of the beautiful city of Kaohsiung. Every important location is within walking distance. The owners are super helpful. You should contact them in advance to aligne your check in time.

Hidden in a quiet alley opposite the Shinjuejiang shopping district, this guesthouse not only boasts a convenient location but also offers the beauty of a nostalgic streetscape. Its minimalist Japanese-style interior further encourages a slower pace of life.

Overall, the accommodation experience was quite good. It's very close to the MRT station, making transportation convenient. Taking a walk in the nearby park in the evening is also very pleasant. The interior environment is comfortable, and the soundproofing is quite good; you can't hear people talking in the next room. The ability to watch Netflix is ​​a huge plus. If I don't have a car to drive around Kaohsiung next time, I would definitely consider staying at Dagang again. (Parking in Kaohsiung is so difficult, it's truly insane! 😺)

Because of construction outside, the family can't sleep. The air conditioning isn't cold enough, so a fan is recommended. The toilet only has a curtain and no door, so there's a tendency for unpleasant odors after use.

The room was small, and there was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs myself. I noticed a lot of ants on the refrigerator as soon as I checked in. Aside from that, everything was fine. The advantages were its proximity to the MRT station and the availability of breakfast shops nearby.

Located in Xinjuejiang Alley, check-in only requires calling the service staff who will tell you the process. On the day of check-in, the air-conditioning in the room I originally booked was under maintenance, so the service staff directly upgraded my room. It seems that there is no water dispenser and mineral water, but there is a convenience store within a 3-minute walk. There are mosquitoes in the room. It would be great if electric mosquito coils could be provided later. The building and the room are very distinctive and textured. I will stay there again if I have the chance.

The whole process is self-service check-in and check-out. You need to call to open the door before check-in, which is very convenient. The B&B is within walking distance of Central Park Station. It is in an alley and there is a McDonald's on the corner. There is no elevator in the store, which would be inconvenient if you have large luggage. I think the soundproofing is OK. I didn't hear any sound except the door opening and closing next door. The window faces the alley, so there is no noise from traffic and it is very quiet. The room is not cramped, the bathroom is spacious, and has dry and wet separation. The bathroom is separated from the room by a curtain, giving the space a sense of extension I personally feel that the bed is moderately soft and not too hard, and the pillow is very comfortable to lie on. The quilt is thin, which is very suitable for the weather in Kaohsiung. You can watch Netflix on TV, and for the price of just over 1,000 a night, the value for money is incredible! Will stay again sometime

Convenient location, 7-11 and restaurants and bars nearby, quiet at night, convenient for chech in/out, customer service also responded quickly, basically self-service^_^ It is OK to bring a small suitcase because there are only stairs up and down. The balcony room is very close to the building opposite/next to it. It is not recommended for those who mind privacy. The only thing is that the bedding is not very clean. The sheets and pillows smell. The sheets are also very thin. I must have been bitten by dust mites after sleeping there for a few nights. I slept very badly. :(

A very artistic homestay, the TV has a free Netflix account. The faucet design in this room is quite magical and needs to be studied. The electric mosquito coil must be plugged in at all times or there will be a lot of mosquitoes.
