Kindness Hotel Qixian Kaohsiung Reviews

We stayed for two nights. The first night we had four people in the room and for second night we switched to a two twin room for two people. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 10 minutes walk to both train and metro stations and very close to night market. This is a functional business style hotel. Why there are no pools or hot tubs, the complementary morning breakfast, midday snack, and evening snack snacks included in the package easily make up for it. I highly appreciate the laundry facilities and the friendly surface staff. The hotel looks a little tired, but the complementary food has great value. They also have bicycles you can borrow to ride around the city. I highly recommend this place for Budget travelers.

The hotel is old, and the supper offer is only available from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. I bought it but could not enjoy it, this timing is not a good offer and seems designed only to earn money. It is quite loud, and not quiet enough,I can hear other room doors opening. Around 8:00 AM, housekeeping starts to clean the rooms, which affects your sleep. There are quite a few service staff, but they do not smile.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The buffet spread for breakfast was amazing, likewise to the night snack. The washing machine and dryer worked well too.

This is my favourite hotel chain in Taiwan! Service is good, and staff is very friendly! Free 24-hr ice cream and usage of washing machine and dryer! They also served free supper from 8-10pm that includes free flow of Heineken beer!! AMAZING!!

Nice hotel good breakfast buffet and they also provide night buffet which is great. And free ice cream all day To note that the room wall is thin so you might hear sounds from others.

Overall this hotel is in good location and very good value for money. The breakfast is also very nice. Maybe a little updating required for the room.

The late-night snack was pretty good, and the dryer in the laundry room was really practical.

Great location, close to the train station. They offer a complimentary dinner and ice cream. The room amenities are basic but complete, offering good value for money.

Expensive hotel, does not deserve 4.7 high score.

staff are well trained and polite, provided good service provides breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. hotel is frequently used to host tourists staff will advise guests to avoid peak hour timings at breakfast and super service. room is clean, and well equipped with amenities. do bring own toothbrush and toothpaste, razor as they do not provide in accordance to taiwan policies on disposable items. only issue is that the soundproofing done between floors is not as good

Being able to enjoy snacks and late-night meals was very satisfying! ^-^ Although it's a bit of a walk from the station, that's part of the fun of traveling. Every staff member was very kind. Breakfast was also great! Oh, and remember to bring your toothbrush when you check in. If the gaps in the corridor doors were a little smaller, perhaps they could block out more light and sound... Overall, it's a very nice hotel.

Peaceful location, nothing much in the surrounding. A few mins walk to nearby convenient store. There was some road work infront of the hotel during our visit. Staff was neither helpful nor rude. Love that they have self serve laundry area that free for guest to use, about 5-6 machines which are more than enough. No amenities provided which is pretty much the same as other Taiwan hotel.

Great! They offer a lot of food options, including afternoon tea and late-night snacks.
