The room we checked in was very dirty. The floor is full of hair, dust. The table still has sauce stain on it. The bathtub is also dirty. We were upgraded after complaining, the room was much better, but still not extremely clean. However, housekeeping staff was polite and friendly. Staff at front office were not too friendly.

great place.. but must sure you choose the renovated rooms..
the hotel is old.. half of the hotel are renovated and the other half is old..
lucky we had a chance to stay at the renovated rooms.. which were great..
