Otherwise, you can find it from the main road, which takes 2-3 minutes. It is in a small alley in the residential area. It is quiet. The rooms are big. The air conditioner is very cold. MM60267****Taking the Red Line MRT from Kaohsiung Airport, it's a quick ride to Exit 2, and then an 8-minute walk to the hotel. It's really convenient to get around from here. The hotel is very new, and the front desk staff are super friendly and always have a smile when answering questions. They truly make you feel right at home.

The hotel offers complimentary drinks and ice cream daily, and the breakfast is also very rich with some dishes changing every day. The hotel staff are all very patient and attentive. TTraveler with kidsIt is situated rather close to airport, hence a bit far from everything else, especially good food. However is of walking distance to some major Japanese department store.
The main thing of note is the lobby is situated on the 25th floor. One take one lift up to lobby and then another lift to rooms every time.
The rooms were spacious, but the bottom of beds were not vacuum for days. Amenities were minimal and do not reflect on price of room. Electrical sockets were limited and USB sockets don’t work. Many of the decorations in the hotel or the rooms are not suitable for kids. The building itself seems new as many shops at low levels are not open or only at certain times. Hotel staff didn’t mention or introduce the surroundings at all during check-in.
House keeping staff were courteous and hard working. Lobby staff was not friendly. Reception was spent most of the time reminding rules, rather than welcoming. Their lobby bar is a cigar bar and the reminded me they only have expensive whiskey and no wine by the glass. The staff from tea place with the stunning view of the city reminded me they are closing soon. The ground concierge was not welcoming nor helpful except for one girl who nodded every time we enter the building. The pool staff and lobby staff corrected my mandarin a few times.
Lastly, the was an incident at the pool, as I heard a boy stepped on a piece of glass. There was a lot of blood. I cannot comprehend why there was a piece of glass not cleaned by the pool. There are two restaurants by the pool and one of them was a bar.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But the software is far from up to par or this price.

The location is super convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from the MRT station and right next to a bus stop, which makes it very easy to get around the city. The famous Liuhe Night Market is also nearby, so it’s perfect for exploring local street food and shopping in the evening.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for travelers who want an affordable and well-located place to stay in Kaohsiung. Highly recommended!

FFionaTWchanThe front desk staff were absolutely wonderful – so friendly and polite. We had initially booked just one night, but due to unexpected weather, we needed to extend our stay for another night at the last minute. The receptionists were incredibly helpful, quickly sorting everything out for us without us even needing to change rooms. A huge thank you to them for their assistance!
Furthermore, the room itself deserves a special mention. It was wonderfully spacious, impeccably clean, and featured modern, well-maintained facilities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was superb – even when there was a thunderstorm outside at night, we couldn't hear a thing!
The gym was also excellent. My family of three was extremely satisfied with our stay. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

DdkworksThe only good thing this hotel offers you is a stunning view of the Kaihsiung skyline, however cleanliness and staff could be improved. The hotel says it is a 5 star hotel, but in fact it only offers 3 star experience; hotel staff looks not welcoming, the rooms are quite outdated, the aircon cannot be switched for heat - it was super cold in the room and they turn the aircon for you before you check in - why? It is 15 degrees outside, why your aircon is at freezing mode?

MM484188****The hotel rooms are spacious and well-appointed. However, most of the wooden floorboards creak when walked on, the pillows are a bit firm, and the duvet is quite thick. I stayed on the 23rd floor this time, and the view directly overlooking the harbor and sea was incredibly pleasant. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from both the MRT and light rail stations.

JJazz S.Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and actually preferred our Kaohsiung stay here compared to our time in Taipei. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient—maybe an East Asian thing where they get straight to the point—but the staff were still warm enough to make us feel welcome. The location is very convenient, just an 8-minute walk to Kaohsiung Main Station, which made getting around the city much easier.
Although the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, it wasn’t a problem since we stayed on the 3rd floor and the stairs weren’t steep enough to feel exhausting. Our room was clean, and I really appreciate that there were no bed bugs (something I heard can be an issue in some Taiwan hotels, so we made sure to check the mattress and beddings). Happy to report this one is safe.
We loved having a bathtub, and the provided shampoo and body wash smelled so good that showering felt like a treat every time. The air-conditioning was also well-maintained—we didn’t experience any problems adjusting the room temperature.
Facilities-wise, there isn’t much to explore since it’s a small hotel, but that was fine with us since we spent most of our time outside. During our stay, Typhoon Podul forced us indoors for a whole day, but the hotel’s sturdy structure made us feel safe. The water dispenser on the 2nd floor was also a lifesaver—something I think guests would really appreciate if ever stranded.
If I had to give some comments: the toilet can get a bit cloggy at times, so be mindful—it takes a while to flush down. They will let you borrow a plunger though so no worries. Also, the hallways had a faint smell of cigarettes, which I suppose is to be expected as smoking is still quite embedded in Chinese influenced culture.
All in all, a reliable place to stay in Kaohsiung.
