Perfect spa hotel for charging your batteries! If you choose the all inclusive you do not care what the weather looks like outside 😊 Just relax your body and soul. We were there with our kid who enjoyed the time equally although it has not many children activities in the pool. We stayed for 3 days, and the rain didn’t stop, so we did not check all the outdoor activities 😉

At the last moment, we decided to spend New Year's Eve at the pools of Terme Sveti Martin, as it promised a peaceful and romantic transition into the new year. Upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised on the very first day. After the aqua aerobics session, the pool staff did not lower the volume of the music, and it was too loud for proper enjoyment in and around the pool. Therefore, we went to the saunas, which required an additional fee despite the extensive and expensive package we had purchased (the issue isn't the cost itself but the principle). The music at the pools remained too loud throughout all four days. In the sauna, the problem was its size—it was too small for the hotel's capacity. Additionally, the thermal pool in the sauna area was noticeably too cold for comfortable use. The impression was significantly improved by the New Year's Eve celebration at the pools, which featured exceptionally tasteful decorations and the dedicated effort of all the staff. The rooms, however, were poorly equipped for a 4-star standard (ours lacked an armchair or an additional chair). The room heating was inadequate, as the highest temperature we could achieve, despite adjusting the settings, was 21.5°C. The issue lay in poor window insulation, and our room, located above the entrance, was constantly filled with cigarette smoke from guests smoking outside. We also expected a coffee and tea-making facility in the room. However, we did receive a pleasant New Year's morning gift from the hotel—a selection of their beer, pastries, and a chocolate bar.

No rest and sleep because of very loud music at night - bad for health Bad hygiene. Old. Apartments on the outside are old and neglected, in need of thorough renovations. Walking distance to the pool and breakfast across the street. The indoor pools are small, the water is yellow. In the outdoor pool, the wind knocked down the protective fence to the construction site, fortunately no one fell on it. There are no walkways. Hotel canceled. Pub night bar opposite the apartments.

This year our stay was really bad. We won't be coming here anymore. One of the heated outside pools is under construction. All prices got higher (tickets, food etc). But the worst of it all is that daily tickets are only valid for one time entrance. Last year you could still enter multiple times with full day tickets because the staff wrote down our names. This is a horrible policy just made for guests to spend more money, because you have to pay again if you want to leave and then come back. The whole place is worn out, staff aren't helpful nor kind. This is our last summer here for sure.

To be honest, I'm very disappointed. Especially over hotel accommodation. My partner and I rented a suite Ruža (880 euros for 3 nights) and expected it to be clean and tidy. The apartment was dirty, the coffee machine was covered with limescale, the minibar shelves were broken, the bucket in the sauna was broken. We pointed out some things and they were not consistently cleaned. Some employees are friendly and ok, some are totally unmotivated. It was hot in rhe apo, and aircondition was not working - due to centrak heating system... Very bad experience. Never again.

This was my second time here and it confirmed my initial impression. In general I liked it here, that is why I went for the second time :) Descriptions of facilities on the website is excellent but reality is not as fancy as they are marketing it to be. Stuff are trying and some are genuinely nice and friendly, but some are better to avoid if you want to have a pleasant stay. In my opinion they are just overworked but it could be something else. Apartments are not looking nice and clean inside as they are looking nice from outside. Hotel rooms are nice (although I don’t see the point of the glass wall between the room and bathtub). For me there are two big aspects where they can improve. FOOD - first of all I love that they have nicely marked all allergens for everyone to see. And it is done with taste. However if you are vegetarian or vegan there is such a small option of what you can eat. For the standard of the hotel they are, they should definitely offer bigger option of vegan food, especially nowadays when there are many people opting for a healthy lifestyle. Of course, they offer salats and fruits - all cold from the fridge?! But cooked options are VERY limited. One day for dinner we were able to eat french fries or mash potatoes from whole menu. And some guest used the spoon from the meatballs to serve himself meshed potatoes, so that was out as an option. So my suggestion is to SEPARATE vegetarian/vegan menu from non-veg as a must and to broaden variety of dishes for vegan/vegetarian guests. One more thing - Yoga. 3 mornings in the week they offer ‘yoga and mindfulness’ that is lead by fitness trainer. Stretching and yoga are two different things! So called yoga teacher doesn’t know what yoga is or how to teach it, or how to correct people who have problems, and in this way he is representing yoga in wrong light. Some people come to terme because they have problems, and they come to yoga and they can get hurt by non-experienced teacher. He is good fitness trainer and very charismatic, and for his and guests benefit, he should stick to what he knows well. Again stretching and exercise is not yoga. So my suggestion is either employ a qualified yoga teacher or change the name from ‘yoga and mindfulness’ to ‘morning stretching’ or something similar. One nice thing they implemented this year is, if you opt for not changing your bedsheet or towels for a day, you get a free warm drink in a bar (smiley) Eco-conscious improvement.

What to say, accommodation was good but there are so many things you have to work on: - there Is no single power supply for charging phone in the room at least visible - water from the shower is so bad - electricity in the room is horrible, during our enjoying time in the room, tv goes off, there is no light and such things - tv is also bad, remotes broken, bad batteries etc - food in restaurant is not so bad but.you have to improve your staff, it was terrifying when I was asking one of young ladies to bring a salt she told me I can find a salt somewhere on the guest tables - lucky for me that I'm not 80 years old - finally wellness service, we came to ask for towels on our way to room before pool, lady said OK and when we come back in about 20 mmin there was no single towel, interesting - also I have to mention that our kid have some redness on the skin second day using pool, but happily that disappeared after few hours (lucky for us) probably water in the pool is bad. Bye.Mario.
