Very unfrendly owner.Nobody didnt speak english at all.Bteakfest is very poor.Never never again.We left to airport at 3.00 morning, and couldnt get the skis becouse all doors are closed.And nobody answer to telephone.So we left all our skis to hotel.

Our stay was generally fine. Good rooms but the breakfast was a bit meager. Dinner was ok although everything (servicing) went very rushed. A very unpleasant experience with the owner of this hotel (especially the man of the couple) who was really unfriendly, grumpy and rude to us when we didn't fully understand something about the bill (he only speaks bad german) while he refused to spend some effort to stay friendly and calm. Also he lied to us when he accused us that we should haven checked out before 22:00 the day before leave. However, that night before our leave, there was no one from the hotel personal available from 21:00 and also the Bar, Reception, Doors and even the lights were all closed!. Maybe annoying to say but that man spoils the whole atmosphere in the hotel, he really needs to retire!

Der Standort ist gut, aber die Nachteile sind zu groß. Altes Haus, mit Löchern im Boden und ausgelegener Matratze. Billigstes Essen, teils ungenießbar. Die Saisonangestellten bemühen sich, aber sie werden vom Chef schlecht behandelt. Der Chef ist unglaublich unfreundlich und wollte uns dann noch am Ende finanziell übers Ohr hauen, mit angeblichen Getränken, die wir bestellt hätten, etc und nannte einfach eine (natürlich zu hohe) Fantasiezahl, die wir bezahlen sollten. Als ich ihm sagte, dass ich eine ordentliche Aufstellung der Kosten möchte, wurde er sehr ausfallend. Unangenehmer Typ.
