I loved my stay here...the rooms are gorgeous. I loved the outdoor shower in the upstairs Fountain rooms. Also absolutely loved the canoe ride to see the hippos!

I found the place serene and quite. Rooms were clean and open shower a plus. Walk trail and general direction well marked, security well taken care off got lost severally late at night because i wanted to walk and i would find a guard at every corner. Tv outdated

The resort was easy to find. Our check-in was seamless, Beatrice at the reception was very professional and welcoming. Our room was very clean , the decor and architecture is amazing. The Karaoke dinner at the lake side was the highlight of our stay. The meals were on point and the staff at the restaurants very helpful. Joe and Dee.

The room was clean always, the pillows and blankets were comfortable. The organization of the room was top top norch however. the TV was a bit small. The food was okay, and variety was available. The staff served me well and with the highest level of hospitality. the environment was generally peaceful with a little cold at night but well managed due to the existence of the forest.

The rooms were habitable ,food,boat ride and to sum it up the kindness of the workers from the security to the chefs was just top notch.The area of improvement should be on food ,the management should ensure that the food is appetizing more so on the fish andbeef.

-Bed and bedding are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious -Washroom very good -Lake front and garden are beautiful -Environment is clean and full of trees including indigenous - The security guards are very respectful, waiters are cute and food is delicious

We had a great stay at Enashipai and exceeded expectations. It’s definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in in Kenya and rivals 4 star hotels in Europe, maybe even some 5 stars. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, from giving us adjoining rooms close to the pool and restaurant, a cot for the baby, baby food and assisting my elderly grandparents with their food. The location is perfect for lake trips and it has a lovely garden and walking path. Rooms are very clean, big and well designed. Food was great and had plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.

1. Staff were warm, friendly and professional. Their flexibility is greatly appreciated. 2. Room was comfortable. Check out the bath taps in 319. Water does not come out smoothly. Sputters and then sprays 3. Good to see a very present general manager. Enjoyed her welcome talk to conference delegates. Nice sense of humour 4. Food was good. Consider new choices for salads. Visit Simba, Sopa and GRVL to benchmark 5. Consider making a smoking area much further away from the outdoor area of the Senteu Restaurant. If you our sitting outside - you get the smoke from those smoking y the swimming pool 6.Stabilize your connection from laptop to screen for Power Point Display
