I have never seen such a bad, dirty, unhygienic environment, I can prove that no cleaning has been done. Everywhere you step there is spider web everywhere, there is dust, people have been smoking in the rooms, we couldn't even breathe, it's a waste of money. The food is good for 3 days, the desserts are already mediocre, if you eat it you will definitely get poisoned, even without a view it is nauseating, it was built 1 month ago, definitely don't come, it's a waste of money, stay in an apartment, you can have a more comfortable holiday for 400-500...

I came to this hotel with my mother. My mother came to Karahayit Nobel for treatment on the first day, Esra Hanim came to pick us up, a very nice warm-blooded lady, I loved her immediately, she helped us a lot in every way. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, the owners of the hotel are very good people and the employees are the same. Nice people, I recommend this hotel. A very nice environment for disabled guests as a family and a couple. Thermal pool, sauna, outdoor pool is very nice. I wish you a good holiday in advance.
