房間衞生可以，服務員和保安服務熱情，周邊環境可以，院裏停車方便，有自助洗衣機。可以洗衣服。早餐有待改進，要準時開飯，不論好壞，説幾點就幾點開飯。
另外提個建議，在網上定的房間，不要收壓金了，再説了你這酒店的房間裏沒有什麼。現在新疆沒有收壓金的了，我在青海湖住宿，有一個老闆收壓金，你們這是第二個。改變一下思路。
再有這麼好的酒店，電話號碼換了，房間裏的手冊裏沒有換，讓客人多走走路。去前台問。
真心的希望你們能改進，做的好了，客人就多了。

可能因為墨玉縣城風沙籠罩，能見度很低的原因，衞生一般。服務沒有。落在房間的雅詩蘭黛洗面奶，沒有通知我們——這點不厚道。我們沒有再打電話給酒店是因為下一站不知寄到哪裡好。但客人需不需要跟酒店提不提醒是兩碼事。建議加強管理。

衞生還可以，房間也夠大，但是衞生間設計太反人類了，淋浴間和馬桶都做了隔斷，但是開任何一道門，洗手枱就沒法用，忘記拍照了，附上幾張風景照
