Atour Hotels in Karamay

Fantastic hotel experience overall! The room was fully equipped and well-laid-out, offering great comfort. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it very quiet. The shower had great water pressure and stable, comfortable water temperature. Cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless. I was very satisfied with my stay. They even gave a farewell gift upon check-out and promptly notified me when I left something behind. Highly recommended!

Facilities: It's a new Atour hotel, and the bed was very comfortable. However, they surprisingly didn't provide conditioner and body lotion, which you have to buy yourself, which is a bit disappointing. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Environment: Acceptable. The breakfast was also quite good. Service: It was a mixed bag. We were traveling with a child and initially requested a bed rail. However, upon check-in, they said they didn't have any. Then they suggested pushing the bed against the wall, but found it couldn't be moved. Finally, they swapped us to two single beds pushed together. The staff were enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile, but it would have been better if this could have been confirmed in advance.

Convenient parking and plenty of dining options nearby. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. However, one male staff member was extremely cold and arrogant, even worse than the security guard auntie at the entrance.
