That's the first time I have to put a deposit for a hotel room in Xinjiang. Not friendly nor customer orientated, I request for an extra towel to use as a pillow since theirs are too high for me. Immediately the answer is 'No' no matter how I explained the need. The room are very outdated even though is new.

The room is relatively large and quiet in the neighborhood, but the hygiene needs to be improved. There are cigarette butts, takeaway garbage left over from the previous guest, dirty cups, and it looks like it has not been cleaned well. They are all bungalows, with apple trees and many flowers outside, and it is fun to pick fruits. But if you are going to visit the Devil City, it is recommended that you stay in Karamay city, at least you don’t have to worry about not having breakfast.

Wuzhen in the west, a hotel group specially customized for the Devil City! Dardanelle has an overall simple style. I live on the first floor and there is a small garden at the back door. Just be aware that there are many mosquitoes in summer!

There were a lot of moths, four of them were trampled to death in one night. The basic supporting tissues, clothes hangers, shampoo, and shower gel are all gone, so call to get them. The sheets and duvet covers were not very clean either. I felt itchy all over the next day. I didn’t dare to take off my clothes to sleep in the future, so I had to sleep with my clothes on.

I communicated with the front desk to check out at 14:00. I had breakfast in the morning and went to the Devil City for a tour. When I came back, the door was opened and the luggage was lying on the floor. You can see the luggage directly when you open the door.
