水壺裡麪全是臟東西 問他們要開水都沒有 隔音特別差 早上8點隔壁在吵架聽到一清二楚 也沒有工作人員過來説他們 還有早上11點給座機打電話要問退房還是需住 很差的一次體驗

衞生：一進門一股臭味，本想開窗通風一下，結果下午回來依然是一屋子臭味，忍了躺一會，還沒2分鐘蒼蠅在耳邊嗡嗡嗡，這都快11月的天氣了，房子的多臭才能有蒼蠅在裡邊，打電話要求退房或者換房間，老闆均不同意。
設施：牙膏是過期產品，刷牙感覺牙膏味道怪怪的，一看保質期已經過期1年，克拉瑪依市監局管的這麼松嗎，酒店竟然給客户用過期一年的牙膏。
