Africa Safari Karatu ★★★
"Location is nice, especially the swimming pool area. Personnel is friendly. Internet is horrible, almost not working in the common areas and zero in the room. Food buffet is very poor with zero choices. It's more than 1 hour from Ngorongoro Crater."
Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge ★★★★
"This place is a signature chain of lodges in East africa and you have to stay there at least once because the rooms are the same at every park. The staff is lovely adn friendly, the rooms are a bit old fashion but still has the safari feeling, the garden is tidy and very well manicured, the view is to die for (The Rift Valley and Lake Manyara National Park). The restaurant is extremely classy and food is abundant and different types of food for everyone. My clients were unhappy andd grumpy because of some other issues about the safari. The manager even came to me and asked what he can do about it. It iss very sweet that he noticed the situation."
STC.SAFARI LODGE ★★★
Patamu Restaurant & Lodge ★★
"It's a little off the center of Karatu, so you can stay calm. The staff was friendly and packed breakfast in the box because I had to leave the hotel early on the day of check-out."
Peak Hotel ★★★
"We stayed here for a night before heading for Ngorongoro Crater. The room was neat and clean. It had a nice balcony too. The bathroom was clean. We wanted hot water for tea, it was delivered to our room. Dinner at the restaurant was good. The chef took very good care of us and cooked a delicious chicken, vegetable, and rice. next morning breakfast was served with care. Evelyn was very efficient and kind. She packed us some pancakes and boiled eggs for us. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!"
Karatu Tented Lodge ★★★★
"We stayed one night at Karatu during our honeymoon. It was a lovely camping experience, quite different from the lodges we saw before. The garden and view is beautiful. The people are very friendly and the food was delicious. Would very much recommend!"
Omega View Hotel & Resort ★★★★
"With our Safari tour we arrived around 4 pm. The staff is very friendly and the food is nice. Unfortunately the room smelled, was not clean and at night there was a lot of noice. The rooms aren’t isolated properly so you could hear the people from the kitchen above us (We slept on the 3rd floor and the restaurant is at the 4th floor). We wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all."
Ngorongoro Corridor Lodge ★★★
"The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and they had hot milk as opposed to just powdered milk. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This was one of my favorite places that I stayed at during my 3 weeks in Tanzania."
Njia Panda Tented Lodge and Campsite ★★★★
"I had an incredible welcome here with unbelievably kind staff and amazing food. The tented lodges are very beautiful. An overall lovely stay."

Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge
"We are a family of 3 and we stayed at this beautiful lodge 2 times during our Northern Circuit Safari. Both times were excellent - we were looked after and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Special mention to Nobert, Mwinyi, and Gift who made our stay extra memorable. Christopher, the manager, was approachable too. The suite was very cozy and large with a nice forest view. The Maasai also toured us around the property where we saw the Maasai Boma and the property’s farm. It was amazing to see some buffalos around the property as well! The food was excellent with various choices. They accomodated our requests well. It was a special moment when the whole staff celebrated our 10yrs wedding anniversary by singing and dancing. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and we will miss the friendly staff of Neptune Ngorongoro!"
Wellworth Ngorongoro O'Ldeani Mountain Lodge
"We had a fantastic stay at Ngorongoro O’Ideani Mountain Lodge during our 7-day safari. This lodge is beautiful, luxurious and in a stunning location. The food was superb throughout our stay, and the Boma dinner was a real highlight. A special thanks to Laizer, our waiter, whose friendly and attentive service made our experience even more enjoyable. All of the staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend this wonderful lodge."
