The staff tried very hard to please us and even made dishes which we requested when we found the buffet did not have much for vegetarians. The hotel is decent and provides value for money,"

"A beautiful property with large rooms and gorgeous views of the valley and lake. This room 119 was a distance away from the main area but it was a nice walk, one can opt for a golf cart to pick you up. Being greeted by the singing Masai ladies was so lovely! The staff are very friendly and helpful, eager to please and some are young and being mentored by the senior staff. Thank you Naeema and Ana, and to our escorts who waited in the cold yo guide us back to the room! The one feedback we must bring upshot the government must address are the roads leading up to the hotel, it's one of the bumpiest rides we've had. If you have a bad back it is a bad experience."
