Rooms were great! But not worthy of 5 star hotel yet because of hotel receptionist service which wasn’t as friendly and housekeeping was so slow. Needed to call again to chase them for a body conditioner. Facitilies were great. Thai massage was very good. Bar and restaurant staffs were good too.

The hotel is really great, unfortunately it's about a 20 minute walk into town, it's on a hill. The food is excellent and the rooms too, I'd love to go back

Hotel Palacky is located in the heart of the old town of Karlsbad. We had a beautiful room with everything that belongs to it and the facilities were convenient. Breakfast is good, offers variety and is rich, on the buffet for self-service. We felt very well in this house and enjoyed coming back.
