One of the best hotels in Karlovy Vary... delicious breakfasts and amazing medicine ❤️🇨🇿 spa area at the level👌 visited the Cryo chamber 😊 one of the best in the Czech Republic and the best in Karlovy Vary... my husband and I will return many times

We loved staying here, the historic hotel is really beautiful, staff was super nice and cordial, the location in enchanting Karlovy Vary perfect and we also really enjoyed the spa area. The breakfast buffet was also great, varied and well suited for vegetarians! Perfect for a relaxing getaway from Berlin ✨ Diky moc!

It's a great hotel close to Hotel Pupp which is where we stayed before (but it's a 2 night minimum on the weekend). They had someone welcome us and help with our luggage. They had Welcome fruit in our room. Hotel is very fancy with a beautiful chandelier. We walked uptown so within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good with American and Euro choices. They fly country flags out front and it was great to see our USA flag amongst them.

Incredible ride down. Once a classy hotel with no investment it is a grey hotel with annoying staff. The hotel is dingy after 20 years in the same condition. At night, horrible loud music from the bar wafts through the hotel. Forget a restful sleep. If you want to deal with it, the staff will still laugh at you.

The Carlsbad Plaza Medical Spa and Wellness Hotel is located at the very beginning of the original “Hot Springs District” of Karlovy Vary. It is a five-star superior resort hotel and was an outstanding stay for my wife and I. It must be listed as one of the best Medical Spa and Wellness Resorts in all of Karlovy Vary as during our six days stay, we stopped by many of the other Hot Springs Hotel’s, and none could match the size and number of therapies offered by the: Carlsbad Plaza Medical Spa and Wellness Hotel. Our check-in was fast and professional, and we were given a Garden Room, which had access to a smoking area within the considerable size garden. On our first morning we had set up our doctor’s consultation session and we noted all the therapies she suggested for both my wife and I. So that same afternoon we started what became the most enjoyable part of our entire stay. Our therapies included the following: CO2 Bath Treatment; Oxygen Therapy; Classic Massage; Reflex Massages, etc. They also had a large Hot Spring Pool, with two types of Jacuzzi Tubs and a typical Steam Room. Each morning, we enjoyed a large Breakfast Buffet, which had a wide assortment of foods and drinks. The Carlsbad Plaza is a short two-minute walk to the famous Karlovy Vary Promenade. If you are looking for a fantastic Health Spa and Wellness Center you need not look any further and simply book your next stay at the Carlsbad Plaza, you will not be sorry, trust me…

Our family holiday in Karlovy Vary was simply perfect, mainly thanks to this amazing hotel! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were extremely accommodating and helpful during the entire stay. We felt truly welcomed and treated like royalty. The hotel offers not only beautiful rooms that are cozy, clean and spacious, but also perfect services. Our teenage daughters enjoyed the wellness and activities together. However, what appealed to us the most was the attitude of the staff. If you are looking for a place where you will feel pampered, in a safe and friendly environment, this hotel is the right choice. Karlovy Vary is beautiful in itself, but this hotel added a unique charm to our trip. We will definitely be happy to come back here! ❤️

Great hotel and spa I spent a weekend in, friendly personnel and beautiful rooms. The place itself is stunning as expected from a 5 star hotel. The wellness area is warm with several pools and sauna. I've had a very nice romantic weekend with my girlfriend
