A pleasant stay despite cold in the rooms. A nicely heated bathroom! Great wellness, bubble bath and massages, very responsive attendants. A swimming pool where we could spend ages. Fascinating catering and extremely helpful dinning room staff. Knowledge of Russian helpful.

Excellent food and behavior of the staff, everything clean and nice. Very good and quiet position of the hotel in the spa resort, close parking places, even the amount is limited. Large selection of spa treatments, 24/7 availability of reception

Our stay at your hotel left us with a wonderful impression. Many thanks to Jana Homolová, DiS. Reservation & Sales manager for her patience and professional work when placing an order. For the attention given to us and the desire to always help the wonderful Renata and Victoria and for the delicious food to all the kitchen staff. I would like to note the daily and thorough cleaning of our room. But unfortunately, some medical procedures leave much to be desired - I mean water procedures in the bath, where in 15 minutes the water becomes very cold and no one comes to check, and this is so critical that my wife fell ill from hypothermia, which, of course, spoiled the holiday. There was no kettle in our room and at the reception desk they asked us for 5 euros per day of rent, although our friends had a kettle in their room without paying. In a four-star hotel it is strange to see the absence of shampoo, body cream and hair conditioner. These are, of course, small things, but all of this creates a feeling of comfortable rest.

The spa hotel is a conveniently located place with a cozy ambiance. The staff is helpful. The spa is small but OK for a refreshing dip into the pool in the afternoon. We had a room on the 4th floor, which turned quite hot during the day. Though the weather was very hot at that time, it cooled down during the night, so it was quite OK for us. Still, we later found out that the hotel offers air-conditioned rooms on the 5th floor for the same price. So make sure to get a room on the top floor. The breakfast offers a variety of different kinds of food. Especially the availability of traditional Czech sausages was the highlight for us. Make sure to reserve a parking lot for your stay. The hotel offers a limited number of parking lots in front of the house. As parking in general is very complicated in this town, you might end up using one of the carparks at the outskirts, if you don't reserve a place. Book your places in advance!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel “Iris” in Karlovy Vary. Head Doctor Mr. Yuriy Onisko attentive, head nurse Mrs. Tana (apologies if spelling is incorrect, and I can’t remember the surname) organized SPA treatments well and does the CO2 injections so well, SPA staff is professional, kitchen staff makes selection of foods, waiters are nice, cleanliness is very good! Reception staff is quick and helpful. Thanks to all responsible staff of “Iris” Hotel. It is Quiet Hotel, although full of people, even with kids, quiet, not big Hotel. I used to stay in 5 star hotels in Karlovy Vary in the past, but somehow such 4* hotels also good. I wish to return back in this hotel when I can next time.

Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić Hotel Irys. Hotel jest praktycznie położony w samym centrum miasta, w pięknej kamienicy. Polecam jednak wcześniejszą rezerwację miejsca parkingowego, ponieważ liczba miejsc jest bardzo ograniczona. Pokój był bardzo przestronny, zadbany i wyjątkowo czysty. Panie sprzątające zawsze uśmiechnięte i pomocne. Wybraliśmy opcję Voll – czyli śniadanie, obiad i kolacja. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre, a wybór dań naprawdę duży. Pani obsługująca salę była niezwykle miła i pomocna. Naprawdę mogę polecić ten hotel wszystkim

Erholsame Auszeit im stilvollen Wellnesshotel – Oktober 2025 Wir verbrachten als Ehepaar eine wundervolle Woche im Oktober 2025 in einem charmanten, familieern 4-Sterne-Wellness- und Spa-Hotel, untergebracht in einem liebevoll restaurierten Jugendstil-Doppelhaus. Die Lage ist schlichtweg hervorragend – nur etwa 160 Meter vom Kurpark und den Kolonnaden entfernt, ideal für entspannte Spaziergänge und kulturelle Ausflüge. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einem durchdachten Konzept, das auch mobilitätseingeschränkten Gästen gerecht wird. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: ein gepflegtes Schwimmbecken, ein wohltuender Jacuzzi sowie mehrere Saunen sorgen für Entspannung pur. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Kurabteilung mit einem breiten Angebot an Anwendungen – von klassischen Bädern über Massagen bis hin zur professionellen Lymphdrainage. Kulinarisch wurden wir rundum verwöhnt: Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl, mittags konnten wir aus sechs abwechslungsreichen Menüs wählen, und abends erwartete uns erneut ein liebevoll angerichtetes Buffet. Alles war frisch, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Insgesamt ein sehr stimmiges und empfehlenswertes Haus, das sowohl durch seine Atmosphäre als auch durch die Qualität der Angebote überzeugt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Hotel.😀 Es hat alles gepasst,Essen, Wellness,Zimmer. Toller Innenpool mit Sauna. Das Zentrum ist nicht weit entfernt für Spaziergänge.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
