Uns wurde ein Zimmer mit defekter Klimaanlage zugewiesen, im Dachgeschoss nach einem sonnigen Tag war die Temperatur bei Ankunft deutlich über 30°. Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, hieß es nur, dass kein anderes Zimmer mehr verfügbar wäre, weil sie vollständig ausgebucht seien - online wurde zu dem Zeitpunkt aber noch drei Zimmerkategorien inklusive unserer verkauft.
Als Entschädigung bot man uns stattdessen einen Soft-Drink an. Um überhaupt schlafen zu können, mussten wir das Fenster über Nacht geöffnet lassen - und das direkt am Bahnhof inklusive Zuglärm und Gleisansagen.
Später mussten wir feststellen, dass auch die Aufhängung der Badezimmertür verbogen war, sodass diese nicht mehr geschlossen werden konnte.

We were assigned a room with a broken air conditioning system, and after a sunny day the temperature on the top floor was well over 30° when we arrived. When we pointed this out, they just said that no other rooms were available because they were fully booked - but at that time three room categories including ours were still being sold online.
Instead, we were offered a soft drink as compensation. In order to be able to sleep at all, we had to leave the window open overnight - and that right next to the train station, with train noise and platform announcements.
We later discovered that the hinges on the bathroom door were also bent, so that it could no longer be closed.

This is the closest hotel to the Karoo Railway Station. It is a 2-minute walk from the train station and there are trams and bus stops at the door, so the traffic is extremely convenient. The facilities in the room are quite ordinary, but the layout is reasonable and very clean. There is breakfast available downstairs from the hotel, starting from 6.30am, the price is 12 euros. The price/performance ratio of breakfast is still very high, it is recommended.

Clean, very close to the train station, very convenient to travel
The front desk staff was also enthusiastic. After checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel and played around outside and came back to take the luggage and traveled by train. It was relaxing and enjoyable! thanks

The second day of the order. Very good hotel, the price of more than 70 euros is also reasonable. This hotel is close to the train station and the traffic is very convenient. Room service is available every day, sometimes at eight o'clock. If you are still sleeping, just hang the sign on the door.
