General issue is that the restaurant is to small when the hotel is fully booked, same applies for the car parking. Overall the hotel is ok but for what is offered overpriced. Breakfast average, nothing special…

I have a comment concerning service in the restaurant. We have booked half board. For dinner, the service people only pay attention for guests who eat a la carte. It is pathetic. You have to beg for someone to notice you. It really brings down my enjoyment of the hotel stay.

We spent here one week and we were very satisfied. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We used indoor and outdoor pools and spa. Hotel itself consists from several buildings connects via corridors.

I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

The hotel is a newer resort right in the middle of karpacz. Beautiful property with outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a sauna and indoor pool. Rooms are beautiful and large with balconies. The only surprise came when we arrived in the middle of a heatwave to find the hotel does not have air conditioning. The room was extremely hot. Breakfast was absolutely top notch, lots of choice and delicious and lots of seating. Only draw back was the lots of tables were dirty as the ladies cleaning the restaurant had a hard time keeping up. Another bonus was parking was 20 zlotych for the night. Very reasonable for the area. Would defiantly return to the property just not sure if in the middle of a heat waive.

It was beautiful, a successful Christmas!!! Even when booking, the ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful. When picking up the "keys" we received all the necessary information. The apartments were clean and spacious. The cleaning ladies were nice and discreet. The restaurant was very well organized, I recommend the eggs Benedict, Christmas Eve dinner without crowds and nerves. The kitchen rose to the challenge, despite the hotel being fully booked all the dishes were delicious and the buffet was replenished until the end, it was like that every day. Thank you and see you next time!

einer Hauptstraße und über dem Restaurant, links laute Musik, rechts Strassenlärm. Nach Bitte um anderes Zimmer, angeblich keins verfügbar. Dumm nur das ich aber bei Booking genauso ein Zimmer buchen könnte. Der Fahrstuhl die ganze Zeit kaputt und die Zimmerreinigung mangelhaft. Der Zugang zum Parkplatz ist katastrophal, da die Kameras an den Schranken die hinterlegten Kfz Kennzeichen nicht erkennen. Schade für den versauten Kurztrip
