I booked a room in this hotel, on which the receptionist wasn't welcoming at all. Except this I was given a room on which it was a big noise. It was impossible to sleep. When I approached the receptionist he told me that the AC does that because of the air circulation, and when I said that I can't sleep on it and I need another room, he said that he was fully booked (which I highly doubted). I had to leave the room 30 minutes after I checked in. I contacted the manager of the front desk and the hotel manager as well but they did nothing and they were not interested on what happened.

Excelente hotel e instalaciones.
Hotel moderno con magnífica ubicación, limpio y habitaciones muy amplias,un pero quizás a qué tienen bañera y bastante alta, complicado para algunos. Buen desayuno y zona de parking.

Staff was not available upon arrival, front door did not work, both showers in our room were broken and the breakfast was sub-par. Room was of good size and location was close to attractions.
