"We were very pleased with the hotel's location, rooms and friendly staff. The open buffet breakfast was also varied and delicious. The rooms were a bit small but comfortable. If I come to Kars again, I would definitely choose this city hotel again. Thank you."

"The hotel is generally fine. However, the room for two adults is extremely cramped. It's essentially a single room with an extra folding bed, like in a hospital. So, the hotel staff thinks that an adult on vacation, having paid for a good room, can easily make do with an extra bed next to the bathroom door, which, by the way, is impossible to access because of the bed. The service at breakfast was also disappointing. You have to wait almost an hour for a subpar breakfast and tea. It was very frustrating to see them trying to cut corners on you."

"We had found it online on our previous Kars trip and since we were pleased, we didn't think of looking for another place this time. The hotel is in a very central location. You can easily walk everywhere. The receptionist Neşe welcomed us with a smile and helped us with everything. The tea treats were also very much appreciated. Nothing went wrong during our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was sufficient and maybe some pastries and breads could be added. This is our address for Kars."

"The hotel is already "tired", which is noticeable in the decoration and furnishings. We were given a room with a double bed, although we booked with 2 single beds. And one set of towels for 2 people)) The rest is clean and inexpensive. Good breakfasts. We booked it as a transit, for one night, so the shortcomings didn’t really bother us."
