地理位置特別好，就在森林裏。出門就可以在森林裏漫步，離雲場池步行10分鐘左右，設施簡單但什麼都很便利，這各價位性價比很高，下次還會入住。

性價比正常。
地點: 離JR站約15-20分鐘路程，可坐巴士再走幾分鐘，但兩樣都辛苦，自駕會比較好。
室內設備:有餐廳，公共浴場，公共廁所，洗衣機(乾衣機不能使用)，另有梳洗用品提供，亦有水機供應食水。
房間: 有暖爐，不是所有房有廁所同浴室，要注意。
說是酒店，更似大型民宿，房間正常乾淨，但由於輕井澤晚上太靜，夜晚睡覺時外面不斷有些機器聲，睡得不好。房價包早餐，但九點十分落到餐廳，食物已差不多清掉，也沒有補，第二天可能比較多人，有安排時間，食物份量回復正常，但真心沒什麼好吃，不吃不失望。另外，本以為可租借單車，但一早問已沒有，另外亦沒有提供接送服務。

酒店附近沒有便利店，最近一間要步行7分鐘。嚟jr步行約15分鐘，附近環境清幽恬靜空氣清新，我住了四晚每天行路超過二萬步。

房間設施比較簡陋，獨自旅行不講究，房間有冰箱取暖爐，小桌子小椅子，衹有床墊，酒店有泡温泉，公共衞浴乾淨，有24小時熱水，洗漱用品很多，咖啡茶全天供應，免費提供的物品老闆還是考慮全面，進門脱鞋旅館乾淨，服務很熱情温馨，還免費送車站，攜程網訂的性價比可以，下車去輕井澤還會住這家，距離車站一站路左右，車站正對面大馬路一直走第一個紅綠燈左轉，路口有一家中華料理店，進去五十米左右看見電線桿上有酒店名字再左轉三十米電線桿上有酒店名字，去舊輕井澤過去十來分鐘就可以逛街。

與太太及8歲囡入住3人房。本來太太對共用洗手間及浴室有好大保留，但最後因為洗手間有很細心提供衛生用品，反而最贏得太太歡心。另外，基本上去火車站/outlet/舊街...全是10-15分鐘步行可達，非常方便。
