The best part: the rooftop with views of all of Kas and the incredible breakfast. Otherwise, it's a simple hotel but with everything you need. The room is quite small, especially the bathroom.

The hygiene was excellent, and the room was quiet. It only took 5-8 minutes to walk to the pier. There's an olive tree at the entrance which adds a nice touch. The facilities are also good, especially the air conditioning which is a brand name and makes almost no noise. Breakfast was plentiful and served in the very clean third-floor restaurant.

There's a pomegranate tree full of pomegranates at the entrance. The owner is very kind. Feedback from Room 101 guest.

The hygiene was very good, and it felt like a renovated local villa. It had a small balcony, which was very charming. Breakfast was a buffet served on the rooftop, and the taste was better than other hotels. Luggage storage was just on the ground floor. I didn't find it very close to the pier, but booking a boat was convenient.

Good, clean room, and the location is just perfect – right in the center of the old town, yet the street is quiet, so nothing disturbs your rest. Clean, tidy, and the staff are friendly. The photo shows the view from the terrace where we had breakfast. The food is basic but quite tasty. Overall, I recommend it!

The rooms are small but very cozy, and there's a lovely view at breakfast. The atmosphere is great, and the hotel owner is very friendly.

The room was pretty good, a bit small but overall nice. Although there wasn't any shower gel or shampoo, if you asked for it, they would provide shower gel, but no shampoo 😂. The small balcony was quite pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful but not really suitable for Chinese palates – then again, there aren't many foods suitable for Chinese palates in Turkey anyway.

A good hotel for travelers on the go for 1-3 days. I liked that the hotel was recently renovated: new built-in plumbing, new good air conditioners, and a mini-fridge. It's not far from the city's tourist center. Migros is nearby, within walking distance. Breakfast starts at 8:30 AM local time. I enjoyed the breakfast: it was classic, everything was fresh, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fresh and stewed vegetables, three types of cheese, local pastries, coffee and tea, etc. You definitely won't starve. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. The bathrooms and rooms are very compact for 2 people. Family rooms for 3 people are larger. The mattresses are firm.
