Cobanoglu Otel

I want to tell you what happened to me last night. I checked into the Çabanoğlu hotel in KAŞ at night, went up to my room, and when I wanted to take a shower, the shower section of the toilet was dirty. Anyway, I cleaned the little shampoos in the room. I didn't mind, but in the meantime the water still didn't get hot. I waited a little longer and still no hot water. I called the officer on duty and he replied saying that it was night and we closed the facilities. And he said he would turn it on and hot water would come in 5 to 10 minutes. Then I calmed down and waited. But no matter how many minutes passed, hot water did not come. After I called a few times, the officer went downstairs and opened another room. There was the same problem there. He mocked me as if nothing had happened and said, "Come and see, it's hot in here." When I went and looked, he implied that I could take a shower with warm water. He said, "I'm taking a shower with this water, what's going to happen?" The ultimate disgrace. Style is zero. There is no interest at all. So there are many hotels where you can stay better. I don't want you to choose this place. I left at half past 2 in the night. Dün gece başıma gelen olayı anlatmak istiyorum size KAŞTA bulunan Çabanoğlu otele gece giriş yaptım odama çıktım ve duş almak istediğim sıra tuvaletin duş bölümü kirliydi neyse odadaki küçük şampuanlar temizledim. Sorun etmedim ama bu arada su hala ısınmadı biraz daha bekledim hala sıcak su gelmiyordu. Görevli arkadaşı aradım ve bana biz gece oldu şartelleri kapattık gibi bir geri dönüş yaptı. Ve açacağını söyledi 5 10 dakikaya sıcak su gelir dedi. Bunun üzerine gene sakin oldum ve bekledim. Ama kaç dakika geçsede sıcak su gelmedi. Bir kaç defa aramam sonunda görevli aşaya inip başka bir odayı daha açtı oradada aynı sorun vardı ve hiç bir şey olmamış gibi gelin bakın burası sıcak diye alay etti. Gidip baktığımda ılık su ile duş alabileceğimi ima etti. Ben bu suyla duş alıyorum ne olacak dedi. Rezilliğin daniskası. Üslup sıfır. İlgi hiç yok. Yani daha düzgün kalacak bir çok otel var. Burayı tercih etmenizi istemem. Ben gece saat 2 buçukta çıkış yaptım.

I have stayed 4 times in Çobanoğlu over the last 2 years. With my family and solo. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the harbor. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast that is included in the hotel price is sufficient and you can have it indoors or in the small garden at the back of the hotel. The main difference for me is the management and the concierge at this hotel. They are great problem solvers and always happy to help which makes the stay comfortable.
