Top class property at perfect location! Upscale rooms- cant find any fault. Wonderful hospitality- Starts right from the gate. Staff is too good 👍, right from security at gate, parking staff, reception, spa, serving staff....all were so happy to serve! Excellent vibrations, the moment u enter this place. Gonna comeback again.

Wonderful Stay at Kasauli! I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality and care extended to me during my stay. The experience was nothing short of outstanding and made me feel truly at home. A special note of appreciation to your amazing staff – Pankaj, Kartik, Harshit, and Pankaj – for their consistent warmth, professionalism, and ever-smiling demeanour. Special thanks to the chef! Unbelievable food and always delivered perfectly made food! I would also like to thank Manager Mahender for special attention to all of our needs! Your team’s personal touch elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and I truly appreciated every moment of my time at the hotel. Thought it was my third trip here, however-looking forward to returning soon. Thank you once again for making the stay so special!

I visited Daleside Manor in Kasauli looking for a quiet vacation in the hills to relax and unwind. It was the perfect choice. The rooms are elegant and very comfortable; the food is delicious and the restaurant and bar offer outdoor service in the beautiful garden with a gorgeous view of the rolling hills below. The staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and very professional, and are more than happy to help with anything you may need for a smooth stay, like booking cabs to visit nearby areas, providing appliances like extension cords or wifi boosters, or packing up food that you can't finish to take back to your room and for a late night snack! Spend your trip unwinding with a book in the garden, enjoying a relaxing massage in the spa, and taking long walks in the hills or into the old British town centre. The Gilbert trail is a beautiful nature walk, and not difficult or strenuous, but it's best to book a cab for a drop-off at the Kasauli Club, which is the closest point to the start of the trail where cabs are allowed (walking all the way to the start of the trail is manageable but quite long and tiring; walking back down to town from the trail is a better option, but if not you can always ask for a pickup at the same point, the Kasauli Club). And enjoy some delicious wood-fired pizza at Dochi's after your hike! Also, if you don't mind splurging, making reservations for a meal at Restaurant NAAR (about an hour's drive from the hotel, and you can book a cab at the front desk) is absolutely worth the spend. One of the best culinary experiences I've had in years! Daleside Manor is definitely a great choice for a quiet getaway to relax and unwind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

To Team, Thank you team members for making our stay not a comfortable one but also a memorable one with happy moments. We have loved every cusine that we tried here which was not only fresh but full of flavours. The rooms have been spacious and have great valley and garden view . Great ambiance and excellent hospitality. The staff has been very helpful, polite and kind . Huge thanks to the fnb team and housekeeping team for everything and making our stay a relaxing one . Special thanks to Sandeep sir for doing my booking and Ms Anchal at frontdesk who was always there on one call . We look forward to being there once again soon with family and friends. This property is so good, with good ambience and Mr. Mahindra who is the manager is very helpful and has smiling face, so greeting staff… it is best property in kasauli, they are very helpful if you want to celebrate your special days like birthday, anniversary and chef is also good, makes delicious food

Loved the sit out with a beautiful view. Nice cozy place, read a book n be in your thoughts. The food was decent, after some feedback made to our taste which was great. Staff was attentive. If you like your walks then go to the mall road n have a leisure walk. Overall, truly enjoyed and certainly recommend.
