Excellent location close to Kashgar ancient city and amenities.room is huge and clean every day.we loved the welcome dance hosted by hotel everyday.it is so enjoyable to watch the pretty xin Xiang girls dance we stay here for 5 days.highly recommended to all who planned to visit Kashgar.it valued for money not so expensive.

Fantastic experience! Loved the friendly and very welcoming service (big thanks to Charlie for the smooth and super quick check-in). The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was great too. Would definitely come back!

Oh my God ...what I say about this hotel ..In my 12 years stay in China, I have never experienced such a nice, clean and Wonderful hotel ..The host is so welcoming and can speak English...she offers breakfast including fresh warm milk to everyone. When I came back in the afternoon they even offered us watermelon...all the time there was something at reception to nibble on ...rooms were cozy and airy and traditional...it's right at the start of an ancient town and the whole area is so good for photography or just being lazy .... awesome environment. They do accept foreigners and are very caring. It's like a homely environment. ,,

The hotel is especially suitable for guests who do not drive themselves. It has a superior geographical location, and is separated from the ancient city of Kashgar by a road. The hotel's parking lot is also a gathering place for individual tourists in Kashgar, making travel convenient. The People's Park next to the hotel has buses No. 2 and No. 28 to Kashgar Airport, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 28 (airport-train station), No. 30, and No. 33 to the railway station, and No. 2, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 30, and No. 33 to the Xiangfei Garden scenic area. The hotel's front desk staff, room cleaning staff, and hotel security are warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The guest rooms are clean and safe to use. The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Drinks and snacks are given on the first day of stay. The breakfast is quite rich, with many varieties to choose from. Of course, there were some regrets during my stay. First, when I took a shower on the first day, dirt kept coming out of the anti-skid mat (there are photos to prove it), so I had to rinse it myself for nearly 40 minutes before I could continue to take a shower. It seems that the anti-skid mat, which is a filthy object, is a dead corner for hygiene. Second, when I went out the next morning, I clearly remembered to put the plug of the mobile phone charger and the charging cable together on the bedside table. When I came back to charge it at night, there was only the charging cable but no plug. I called the front desk but no one answered. I went to the first floor to ask the front desk staff, and the answer was: our cleaners will definitely not take it. You must have put it somewhere randomly and can't remember it. I don't doubt the character and quality of your hotel's cleaners at all, but when I checked in at noon on the first day, I also noticed that when the cleaners cleaned the guest rooms, whether they had checked out or not, the doors were wide open, which does not rule out other possibilities. Besides, it was used the night before. The plug and the charging cable can only be used together. Who would separate the plug and the charging cable and ask for trouble? A plug is not worth much, and there is no need to charge a hotel for it. When you are out, it does cause a nuisance to affect the charging of your phone. Finally, the front desk staff brought me a plug (which was returned to the front desk staff when I checked out on the morning of the 26th). This staff member was the same staff member who checked me in. I was deeply impressed by her warm, thoughtful and meticulous service when I checked in before. I even paid special attention to her work card at that time, but the charging plug incident discounted my impression of her. Overall, it is still a very good hotel worth recommending.

The ceiling of the Uyghur-style hotel in Kashgar, the front desk service is warm and professional, the free nutritious dinner in the morning, the clean and odorless guest rooms, the most popular street in Kashgar is right outside, the Id Kah Mosque and the ancient city are right in front of you, there are bus routes at the railway station, airport, and Xiangfei Garden. Every day, you can meet Uyghur beauties dressed up in dresses to attend various banquets in the restaurant on the 8th floor. It's really great. More than 400 yuan for a deluxe standard room, it's really worth it. It is strongly recommended to stay at Nurlan Hotel when you come to Kashgar.

Good location! Hotel is next to food street and Kashgar Old town - a 20 minute walk from hotel. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful; while on holiday suffered a leg injury in an accident. Staff (frontdesk, housekeeping and security) at the hotel were attentive to my needs. Room.was clean and included TV, hairdryer, electric kettle, slippers, toiletries; shampoo, body wash, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush, tissue box, hand and bath towels!

This was my first time staying here. The waiter brought us dried fruits, Sprite, and snacks, which was a bit of a surprise. On the day of check-out, the front desk guy Kurban also gave us two dragon dolls. The front desk lady also helped to call a taxi, which saved me the time of going outside the hotel to call a taxi. Brother Kurban saw that we had a lot of luggage and helped put it in the car. Thumbs up to him
