Xinghe Hotel (Ancient City of Kashgar Centennial Old Teahouse)

Decided for another stay here given the fantastic location. Walking distance away from the Grand Mosque and Sebiler Supermarket where fresh local fruits can be purchased for cheap. Good service by hotel staff. Had to wait a bit though for the morning breakfast as the lone working staff was overwhelmed with early checkouts who wanted their breakfast as well. Some issues include the unreliable wifi, the automatic toilet couldn’t flush, incorrect hot/cold mixture during morning shower and the wall plug does not take rounded European pins. In any case, glad to stay here again.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to Id Kah mosque and right in the heart of old Kasghar. Breakfast is limited and served only 9 to 10 am. Don't expect coffee. They try the best they can, but even instant coffee is a huge deal. Soymilk, they serve at breakfast, but if you ask for coffee, they dont serve bu try to provide. You still might want to skip that. Nice receptionist. I communicated through translation apps. They have translation apps on their phones, too Check-in was a huge deal. I am guessing it is the same in every hotel in China. If you are looking for a clean bed in a central location, don't expect too much this is for you. They provide all bathroom amenities. I would stay here again.
