Good location! Hotel is next to food street and Kashgar Old town - a 20 minute walk from hotel. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful; while on holiday suffered a leg injury in an accident. Staff (frontdesk, housekeeping and security) at the hotel were attentive to my needs. Room.was clean and included TV, hairdryer, electric kettle, slippers, toiletries; shampoo, body wash, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush, tissue box, hand and bath towels!

Very nice staff

A good option in Kashgar. I stayed there two times and the first room was much better than the second. It was a room with two single beds on the 6th floor, clean, spacious and confortable. Bathroom is a bit small but it was clean and modern. The second room was a double bed room and some of the furniture showed signs of the time passing by and the bathroom was not as clean. Still, a good option overall.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a lot of restaurants next door. Friendly staff. However smell of smoke in some rooms, in particular in those without windows.

Near to food street and the staffs were very helpful!

Those who don't know might think this is a towel for polishing shoes. They dare to put such a towel here. This hotel treats its customers as non-human beings. Bad review.

Poor service awareness, the room smells bad, two of the three lights are broken

There is a bad smell in the corridor, which may be because it has been open for a long time. The room also has an indescribable bad smell. The hygiene is not clean and the lobby service staff are not polite at all. Although the price is low, it is very uncomfortable to live in!

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the front desk was incompetent. My reservation included breakfast, but the front desk generalized that all training teachers didn't have breakfast. My reservation indicated a check-in time of 10:00 PM, but I wasn't allowed to check in until after 11:00 PM. The front desk had no sense of first-come, first-served service. Were guests checked in based on luck, appearance, or even gender? The long queues of people made the front desk staff panic and their attitude somewhat rude.
