On the way back from Taxkorgan, our tour guide recommended this hotel to us, and the location is excellent. It's right in the city center, very close to places like the Ancient City and Donghu Park. You can see the Ferris wheel to the east and the Ancient City to the west. The decor is quite nice. The room was a little on the small side, but very clean, and customer service helped us upgrade to a room with a window. They even helped us mail our luggage when we checked out.

This hotel is super fancy, everyone! The two young ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and beautiful. The room was huge with a panoramic view of the ancient city, and the night view was stunning. This place is very close to Kashgar Old City, only about 600 meters away. The front desk lady was very friendly and even upgraded me to a room with a window for free. The hotel has a panoramic elevator where you can see the entire Old City. To the right of the hotel, there's a restaurant with delicious hand-grabbed lamb. I stayed at this hotel during my business trip to Kashgar in March. It's conveniently located 200-300 meters from the East Gate of Kashgar Ancient City. Parking is a breeze, with ample space both in front of the hotel and in the underground garage. The only minor downside is that the underground parking doesn't have direct elevator access to the guest rooms. The location is great, with plenty of food options nearby and close to the ancient city entrance. If you want a panoramic view of the ancient city, you can book a room with an ancient city view to catch the sunrise and sunset, which is really lovely. Location-wise, this hotel in Kashgar was an absolute winner! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and check-in was super fast; their one-on-one guest service was excellent. The room was spotless, not a spec of dust, and the bathroom had no weird smells whatsoever. As someone with germophobia, this was incredibly comforting – you can tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into cleanliness.
