I saw this hotel recommended on Xiaohongshu while doing my travel research, so I booked it for my first night, mainly because they offer airport pick-up service. From pick-up to check-out, the service was top-notch. The pick-up was in a Mercedes van, and the room was fully smart and had a lot of local character. When checking out, a staff member proactively helped me carry my luggage to the car. I was so satisfied that I'll definitely stay here again when I return from Tashkurgan, and they can even provide airport drop-off! The only minor drawbacks were that there's only one elevator, so the wait was a bit long, and the elevator doors felt a bit wobbly, like they weren't very sturdy – but I'm really nitpicking here. Overall, I was very pleased! Oh, and downstairs there are all sorts of great restaurants – pigeon soup, hand-pulled noodles, cold noodles/liangpi, and Dapanji (big plate chicken). It's also within walking distance to the ancient city, which is super convenient!

This is my third trip to Kashgar, and I happened to catch Eid al-Adha, getting to experience a truly festive 'Xinjiang New Year'. I specifically booked this place based on a friend's recommendation. It's truly unique to Xinjiang, with wonderfully vibrant and rich colors throughout. The rooms are clean, and the bed was super comfortable! Its location, just a short walk from the West Gate entrance of the Old City, is perfect – convenient for exploring, yet wonderfully quiet.

My friend and I (both from Ireland) stayed here for 4 days and had the best experience. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect- right in the Old Town with lots of nice shops and cafes nearby and beautiful places to take photos. The best part was the staff- everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It was really nice to meet lots of groups of travelers there from various countries, too. Would highly recommend!
