My review for stay at o'nest by the beach 8 bhk, kashid is average as because of some disappointing things happened which i wanted to showcase, first i will speak about the good things i experienced. 1)the location was awesome at the seashore. 2)the villa was nice because of not well maintained. 3)rooms & washrooms & swimming pool were clean. 4) breakfast which i had was also tasty & worth it. 5)the staff was also good. Dislikes. 1)2)as the name says (o'nest by the beach* so its should be *by the sea* because its almost 6 kms away from beach. 2) bike parking not available (they ask to park bike at gate which seems to be risky. 3)their rule is to remove your shoes outside the villa (which i personally didn't liked as they should've allowed to take it to our rooms. Thats all overall was a good experience.

It was good stay at this hotel. Clean and neat. Food was also good. Good outdoor garden and direct sea view.

The property is well-maintained and clean, with a helpful and accommodating staff. However, a major drawback was the pool, which lacked proper cleaning systems. It appeared to be filled with untreated water and was heavily infested with green algae, giving it a completely green appearance. Additionally, there is no beach access, and the food options are quite limited

We were four adults and hence, booked two rooms. We stayed for two nights on weekdays (hence, hardly any other occupants). The location is very good, right beside a rocky beach. Hence, the resort sitout is fantastically located - we had our evening tea enjoying the sunset. The stay was comfortable - bed, bathroom were clean and satisfactory. We had our food too there - tasty, not spicy, but limited variety. Staff was polite, helpful. While it is a bit expensive as compared to some others in the neighbourhood, it was suitable for a family stay.

The location of the villa is awesome. The beautiful view of the sea can be captured from the backyard. Rooms are ok with basic amenities. Cleanliness is average. Food was tasty but limited options which is expected because it is a villa. Swimming pool was not clean on weekends. However when we were checking out on monday there were cleaning the pool. There will be no help to carry your luggage to the upper floor. So plan accordingly. Indoor games were very good. Considering very less options in kashid beach this villa can be opted

The property was good but there was no beach access. The name of the property is misleading. The service and hospitality was not up to the mark. Staffs and manager were so rigid and for every little thing you ask, you have to pay the price for it.

The property is very neat and clean, also the location is right beside sea view. Nice service no complaints, ample parking and lawn area to chill out
