Whether strolling through the lush, serene pathways or simply sitting and soaking in the sights, we were constantly in awe. Your dedication and artistry turned the resort into a botanical paradise. Thank you to each and every one of you for creating such a peaceful and picturesque environment. And the cleanliness? Impeccable. Every room, every corner, every facility was spotless and fresh, all thanks to the tireless efforts of the Housekeeping Team. The daily touch of fresh flowers in the washrooms was such a lovely surprise. Your work goes beyond cleanliness – it radiates care, pride, and love for this beautiful place. A special thanks to Aziza, who took such thoughtful care of our room, making it feel like a sanctuary. The Bars and Restaurants were no exception. To describe the welcoming environment, the vibrant energy, and the incredible food would be an understatement. The best way to understand it is to experience it firsthand. The hotel was in a good location, 10mins from sea turtles! The staff were lovely and very polite. The room for the most part was cleaned, however they did forget to clean the room and after a reminder on the Riu APP they came and cleaned it whilst we were at dinner. There is food in abundance .at the designated restaurant in the resort. However, when we arrived (around 10pm) from the airport we had no food options on arrival as the hotel does not offer room service and we had to wait until morning for a proper meal. The Spa was amazing! The beach was great. The entertainment was really good too
