Raniban Retreat ★★★★
"The hotel was a bit chilly in January, but on the upside, it wasn't crowded."
Sarangkot Mountain Lodge ★★★★★
"An experience that completely exceeded my expectations! I was speechless when I opened the curtains! I'm sure I'd definitely come back just for this hotel. All rooms offer views of the Himalayas, so there's no need to worry too much about room selection. The service was excellent. Hotel staff contacted me before check-in and organized a small welcome ceremony. The servers were very attentive during meals and offered suggestions. The room amenities were great, with a small balcony offering views of the sunrise and the golden light illuminating the Himalayas. There was also a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a hike. The room was generously stocked with welcome fruit (the local oranges were delicious). Because it's located on a mountaintop, there aren't many restaurants nearby, but thankfully, the hotel restaurant is excellent. Breakfast starts at 7 am, just in time for the sunrise over the Himalayas. Eating outdoors felt like being in a fairyland. There are several ways to get to the hotel: a local cab or a hotel pick-up. The hotel pick-up in a standard four-seater costs $25 USD, while a self-arranged ride costs around 2000 NPR. Another option worth trying is the cable car. The cable car station is about 300 meters from the hotel, within walking distance. A one-way trip down the mountain costs $8 USD, and Phewa Lake is not far from there. Cars are easy to hail. However, one drawback is that after checking into the hotel, if you want to leave on foot, you'll find that the only way out is via a few sharp turns for vehicles. These are difficult to navigate and offer limited visibility, so walking requires extra caution."
Himalayan Front Hotel by KGH Group ★★★★

Lake View Resort ★★★★
"The hotel have different room and private hut in the property. I had booked the private hut for my family. The room was nice but it had web house in the room and bathroom also.the spider was moving in the bathroom. We had call the house keeping to provide the toiletries for which was not provided. If u are pure vegetarian it is warning sigh for u guys.please ask them before eating any of the dishes in the breakfast. Thier only provide English breakfast. As veg we consumed bread but unfortunately it contain egg in it which is not mentioned on the food board. The food is not great in this place."
Soaltee Westend Lakeside Pokhara ★★★★★
"The hotel gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. They helped us with our luggage to our room, but I forgot to tip them. Five minutes later, I went downstairs to give them to the front desk. The girl there looked unhappy and reluctantly said, "Thank you!" The hotel room probably had a strong odor, probably from recent renovations. We opened all the doors and let it air out for over an hour before it improved slightly."
Hotel Middle Path & Spa ★★★★
"This hotel is located near Lakeside Road, making it very convenient for strolling around. The interior is very spacious, with a swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. I tried two foot baths, two facials, and one full-body massage, and the experience was excellent. I especially want to mention their staff; they were incredibly attentive, providing service even better than some large hotels, without the aloofness often associated with them. The person I took a photo with is the spa manager, who has worked here for 12 years and is a very professional and friendly person! They booked gliding for me, and the price was basically the same as booking it myself outside – highly recommended!"

HOTEL LAKE STAR
"great service, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and a clean and spacious room. We booked 1 night stay before our ABC trek and 1 night after. They allowed us to store our spare luggage that we don’t need for the trek."
Tuki Resort Pokhara
"I want to inform the hotel manager or owner about my recent experience at your establishment. Our family group booked three rooms on March 21, 2025. While the check-in process was impressive, we had a very unpleasant experience that night. We were kept awake all night by loud people in the garden below. There were two Nepali men and two foreign girls who appeared to be drunk, talking and laughing loudly and playing music from their phones. I went to the reception around 4 am to complain, and Mr. …, the night in-charge, simply replied, "This is how it is, sir." When I inquired if they were hotel guests, I was told, "No, they are just outsiders who came for drinks at midnight." I was dissatisfied with his attitude and response, so I decided to speak with the manager in the morning. We chose to check out early and went to the reception around 7 am, requested the manager, and explained everything while settling our bills. The manager did not handle the situation appropriately and didn’t even apologize. Instead of seeking more details about my dissatisfaction, he seemed to disregard it, which was very disappointing. I felt that the staff lacked the necessary knowledge and training, which needs to be addressed immediately, including the front office manager, or else you risk losing guests and business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at Tuki Resort; there are many better hotels in Pokhara that provide excellent hospitality. Hari Acharya Kathmandu"
Hotel Kunja
"The CEO used to work in Korea, so he treats Koreans very well:) Even back then, I requested an early breakfast because my schedule was a bit tight, but he accommodated me and I ate well and went trekking^^ Thank you!!"
Busy Bee Resort, Pokhara
"I would like to sincerely thank the hotel team for making our stay so memorable. Almost everything I had requested through messages was arranged exactly as discussed, and all of our expectations were fulfilled. My father and mother were also very happy with the experience, which made our stay even more special. The hotel itself was excellent, and everything was well organized and comfortable. The staff’s efforts and attention to detail were truly appreciated. As a small suggestion for improvement, faster responses to guest inquiries would make the experience even better. I understand that it may not always be possible to be available at all times, but prompt communication whenever possible would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, a slightly more formal approach in guest interactions could further enhance the overall hospitality experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Whether you are looking for accommodation or planning a special occasion for yourself or your loved ones, this hotel is definitely worth considering. The team is professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making guest feel welcome"
Hotel August International
"Everything was fine during our stay. The room was clean and the service was satisfactory. We also rented a scooter from the hotel, and the whole process worked smoothly without any problems. Overall a pleasant stay."
Ghandruk Resort by Hilly Valley
"I recently visited ghandruk cultural resort during the monsoon season and it was a truly amazing experience. Despite the rain, we were comfortable throughout our stay, we enjoyed indoor activities there. The ambience was too good."
Hotel Young's Stupa
"The hotel was nice and clean and it was very close to Begnas Lake which is pretty good for lake visiting and fishing activities. The only thing is they didnt recognize my booking and i paid manually. Hotel should be aware about their property listed website and should accept the guest who made booking via app where their property is listed."
Paradise Boutique Hotel
"I had very much enjoyed my stay in PBH, both before and after my trek. Communication was easy, the room big with a terrace, a ceiling fan and AC. Hot water 24/7. In short, all you need. I recommend."
