Wow!Where can I begin! The staff, the food , the facilities all amazing!Everyday we were welcomed by the loveliest people , particularly going into the restaurant, Pelcigica , and her manager Despina were both delightful , and even went to the effort of remembering us and our room number! Really felt like we were welcomed here! We had the great experience of using the indoor pool and the outdoor pools , both highly enjoyable and very clean! Both at the bar at the beach and pool had lovely staff! Making sure every need was catered to, with reasonable prices too! The cocktails WOW! The show of making them made them worth it ,,,, Try the frozen daiquiri!100% If the pools weren’t enough, a beautiful beach with variety use of sunbeds and even service buttons for the bar! Peckish? Yes food too! Not to mention the complimentary nuts! Although this area is secluded, downstairs there are 2 shops to cater for almost everything! Even cigarettes! Then next door a lovely gift shop! Every morning and night the food was gorgeous, so many things to choose From , particularly the fresh orange juice in the morning! The only thing I would say is that the beds aren’t best couple suited for all! As they are too single beds together which is easily move apart which isn’t best if you get cold at night! But the comfort of the bed made up for that! I would love to return soon! And will certainly be recommending to friends!

of Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort Reviewed yesterday Had a wonderful week at Kassandra Palace. It's remote & tranquil. Staff are most helpful. Despina, Sophia & Pelagia were the guest relations people we met and all are lovely, friendly & helpful. The food is good, a wide variety and if you get bored of it there are other options available in the other on site restaurants. Pool & beach area are great, lots of loungers and certainly at the end of May never feels crowded. Another special mention for Harris of the entertainments team, he does a wonderful job aided by Sergio for the children and adults. Karaoke nights at the downstairs bar can be great fun and Harris's Eminem renditions are amazing 👏 There's a reason we came back here, it's so relaxing. Delighted we did. Sinead and Paul G

We had a fabulous holiday in Kassandra Palace. Every single member of staff is a pleasure to meet - not only exceptional customer service but lovely warm people who obviously really enjoy working there. The rooms are spotless with amazing views, the grounds are very well designed with so many different areas to relax that it never feels crowded. Food delicious. The beach is absolutely stunning and we will miss seeing the lovely Isaac every day at the pool bar. Activities are superb - acqua aerobics, yoga, table tennis, basketball, boules, karaoke, table tennis, music quizzes - all run by the delightful Harris who makes it all so much fun. We chose this hotel as it looked so great on the internet - and it is even better than expected. We will return as soon as we can :-)

Our stay at the Kassandra Palace resort has been so lovely. We have a wonderful family room near the gardens which is spacious and perfect for us all, with two balcony areas and a bathroom with a bath and stand up shower too. The complimentary water left in the room each day is really welcomed for the children especially. We booked for bed & breakfast only and in hindsight should have considered half board due to the location of the hotel. Although Kriopigi is within walking distance, the route just isn’t suitable for young children at all so this has meant we have used the restaurants on site more frequently than we thought we would. It is however easy to arrange taxis to nearby towns at reception and the staff there are very helpful with that. We found the food to be really delicious at the hotel. Breakfast has a wide range of options and the food is all fresh and well presented. We ate at the hotel evening buffet a couple of times and again that was also delicious with plenty of choice. Prices for adults were €30 each.There was a discrepancy with the prices paid for the children (aged 4 & 8). The first time we went, we were told children eat for free and were not charged (they are both quite fussy eaters so ate very little anyway). The second time we went, we were again asked the ages of the children as 8 and under were free but then the staff member returned to say that there is now a charge of €15 a child. We paid this but then decided against the buffet in future as it was more suitable and economical for the family to eat in one of the other a la carte restaurants that offered more child friendly options such as ‘fish fingers’ & ‘mini burgers’ alongside excellent options for adults. Our favourite place to eat has been Magnolia, which is an absolutely beautiful restaurant - every dish has been exquisite and we really recommend a visit here. The children loved to visit the ‘wonderlab’ ice cream shop every day. The hotel, gardens, playground, pool and facilities are all really clean and relaxing and spacious. The beach is beautiful, clean, plenty of loungers and beautiful scenery. The staff members have been kind, thoughtful and informative throughout our stay and are a credit to the hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to other families for a chilled, relaxing stay.

Kassandra palace is always an absolute blast from start to finish! Every single staff member was super amazing and friendly, always ready to help with a smile, and the whole place is sparkling clean. The food is incredible with so much delicious stuff to try! The beach and pools - postcard worthy. Plus, there are tons of fun activities that keeps everyone in the family happy, no matter their age. There are without a doubt, many, many reasons why we keep coming back.
