The room was not really organized, shower without glass, no fridge and cabinet for the clothes. Bad not comfortable

Very friendly reception. We immediately felt comfortable. The room was very clean, spacious and not worn out. Breakfast was extensive and tasty. Here too, the staff was very attentive; everything was refilled immediately without any notice from the guests. We will be back. Thanks!

The location of the hotel is great. All sights can be easily reached by train. Great advice on what you can do in the city and what is a must for Kassel. Buying the tourist meinCard is highly recommended. You can use a wide range of free offers with the card.

It was clean and I liked it! I think I will stay again next time I go to Kassel. The restaurant there only sells salads. But overall good

Nice room, spacious and clean. Though they don't have the AC at all, the kind crew offered us a fan, cool! And, the parking space helped a lot. The breakfast is good enough in general, the patio is the nicer place to have the morning coffee.

Thought there was no AC in the room, the sweet staff offered us a fan. Very nice!

Clean spacious rooms

Clean and comfortable hotel. Easy to park in onsite car park. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient location for Wilhelmshohe train station.

Just went over from the train station, checked in and got a room at the back. Fits. Rooms clean, hallway outdated. Well, I didn't want to move in there either. Breakfast at 8 a.m. It's going to be tight. Small bar area in the evening. For a wine it's ok. There are plenty of restaurants and opportunities to eat something outside. The service was friendly.

Nothing extraordinary, but overall a highly recommended hotel. Conveniently located, with its own parking spaces and a bus stop right outside the door, the hotel offers a solid place to stay in the middle of Kassel. Functional, clean rooms, good WiFi, unfortunately the street-facing rooms are not suitable for open windows. The service at reception was extremely positive - well organized and very helpful!

We had a very nice room at the back, which was very quiet. The hotel itself is located on Wilhelmshöhe Allee, which has very loud traffic due to the cobblestones and tram operations. There is no hotel restaurant. However, there are restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast room is undersized, so it's very busy at peak times and difficult to get a seat. There is a separate hotel parking lot.
