Πήγαμε διακοπές για 3η φορά στην Καστοριά! Διαλέξαμε το Calma Hotel & Spa ακριβώς για το Σπα που θέλαμε να απολαύσουμε. Μας έκανε μεγάλη εντύπωση ότι δεν υπήρχε καμία αρνητική αξιολόγηση και σίγουρα έπαιξε ρόλο στην επιλογή μας. Το ξενοδοχείο καινούργιο, το δωμάτιο μας υπέροχο, με ωραία θέα στη λίμνη και τεράστιο μπάνιο, ίσως από τα μεγαλύτερα που έχουμε δει. Το κρεβάτι επίσης υπέρ τέλειο, σε ξεκουραζε πραγματικά. Το πρωινό αξιοπρεπέστατο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και διαφορετικό κάθε μέρα. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και ο Δημήτρης υπέροχος! Το Σπα του (χαμάμ, σάουνα & τζακουζι) ωραίο και η Μαίρη η φυσικοθεραπευτρια εξαιρετική!

Ενα στολίδι στην Καστοριά!! Καινούργιο ξενοδοχείο με καλαίσθητη διακόσμηση, ευρύχωρα δωμάτια με το μεγαλύτερο διπλό κρεβάτι που έχουμε συναντήσει σε ξενοδοχείο. Μοντέρνο μπάνιο με μεγάλη καμπίνα ντους..Καθημερινό Room service , και πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό που διαφοροποιείται κάθε μέρα .Το γυμναστήριο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα μηχανήματα. Δύο πισίνες εξωτερικές ή μία για παιδιά. Οι υπάλληλοι της reception,εξυπηρετικοί και θα ξεχωρίσουμε τον Κο Δημήτρη, για την ευγενεια του . Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά σε μελλοντικό μας ταξίδι στη Καστοριά.

Εξαιρετικό!!!! Ότι καλύτερο στην Καστοριά το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα δωμάτια, πρωινό,άψογο προσκοπικό, τοποθεσία θα ξανά πάμε σίγουρα γιατί είναι κοντά στην πόλη και σε 20 λεπτά στο χιονοδρομικό κέντρο.... σίγουρα πρέπει να πας και Πρέσπες που είναι κοντά.

zeer vriendelijk personeel, we kregen een upgrade van de kamer. Lekker ontbijtbuffet : zelfgemaakte konfituren, griekse pasteitjes, vers fruitsap, koffie, thee, lekker gebak, vers fruit. Elke morgen een andere variatie. Het zwembad was nog niet open omdat het nog te vroeg op het jaar was. De receptioniste informeerde of we er toch niet in konden bij de manager en we hadden geluk, al hoewel het nog niet verwarmd was. Het hotel ligt buiten het centrum maar met de auto ben je vlug in het centrum om te gaan eten. Een luxueus hotel, een aanrader

Ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο ! Με απόλυτη ηρεμία για να χαλαρώσεις στους όμορφους χώρους. Με απόλυτη ησυχία για να κοιμηθείς στα όμορφα μεγάλα δωμάτια με τα άνετα κρεβάτια και τα εξαιρετικά στρώματα. Πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και όλα προσεγμένα. Ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό όλες τις ώρες και σε όλα τα πόστα. 'Όλα τακτοποιημένα και .. Calma !

Λίγο έξω από την πόλη της Καστοριάς βρίσκεται ένα πραγματικό στολίδι. Αν θες να περάσεις τις μέρες των διακοπών σου σε ένα ήρεμο και χαλαρωτικό χώρο, με εξαιρετικά μοντέρνα διακόσμηση και άνεση. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και καθαρά. Οι υπηρεσίες του spa ήταν εξαιρετικές (εγώ έκανα μία θεραπεία προσώπου πολύ χαλαρωτική). Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν το πρωινό σε ένα μεγάλο χώρο και με αφθονία γλυκών και αλμυρών εδεσμάτων, που καθημερινά άλλαζαν. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτόμασταν.

Μείναμε υπέρ ικανοποιημένη. Ωραίος χώρος, άνετο πάρκινγκ, ευγενικοί στη reception. Πολύ ωραία δωμάτια. Κάναμε και spa. Ωστόσο έχει καταπληκτικό πρωινό. Ίσως το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι για κάποιο λόγο κρύωναν πολύ γρήγορα αυτά που επιλέγαμε.
