"We went on a vacation here for a week and we really enjoyed it. The food was excellent and there were lots of options for everyone. We had the Comfort pack and it was truly convenient since there were drinks included. The resort was clean and we were satisfied with everything. The staff were top notch, always helpful and created a great atmosphere during our vacation. Special thanks goes to Stelios, waiter from Beach and Lobby bar, he was always kind, smiling and made our vacation unforgettable. Another one goes to Chloe, she was always helpful, caring, and showed us the resort, so we did not feel lost:) We are truly grateful for this experience and we appreciate the services of the resort!"

"Food is very good. This foto is in Grecotel Oasis restaurant when i take breakfast( dinner). I stayed at the Grecotel Ilia Palms, but I served the meal in the restaurant of the Grecotel Oasis Hotel, where the beach is also. I will also attach some photos of the Grecotel Ilia Palms Hotel, which did not live up to expectations. The staff is a 10. He took us from the hotel with a golf cart to get to the restaurant. 10 minutes on foot.All the hotel and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful."

"Unfortunately the suites were a terrible disappointment, as well as the entrance and its furnishings. The hotel overall looks like basic architecture with cheap looking windows, doors and halls. There is a sense that the furniture is a collection of old items brought into a pre-existing building where things dont match. Very shy from the pillar themed and aesthetically pleasing design we see on the website gallery. The mascara is the location and without doubt, the staff, including those working at the SPA. Its a shame to see a local hotel, though only partially owned and managed by a local family, with a total of 40 hotels, not striving to keep up with the enormous growth in tourism related businesses popping up throughout the country. We arrived to 4 (four) shattered rooms with scratched and chipped furniture, terrible finishings in the bathroom, stains on all seats, stained and ripped towels and a plastic tree! Our chairs at breakfast were not only stained but ripped too, with chipped wood and loose seats. Shout out for the breakfast though! To fully enjoy the experience and meet expectations, one must seriously increase the budget and go for a private villa belonging to the hotel (interesting, right). From our Family."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was very spacious. The only thing that let this hotel down was the breakfast. The choices were limited and what was meant to be cooked wasn’t or over cooked. The bacon cremated and the fried eggs were snotty and under cooked."
