Friendly staff, nice environment, convenient location. Will book again if ever come back to Kasukabe!

Booked this place for a night, and was pleasantly surprise with the facilities and the hospitality given to us from the moment we checked in till when we left. I love how even just a stay at this place, really made me feel relaxed and somewhat detox from its onsen bath to the breakfast they provided us. We were also given a choice to select 'pillows' each night we were to stay here; and extra amenities for onsen soak as well. On the night of our stay, we were also offered the 'welcome bar'; where we could mix & choose the selections of the alcohol they had set out (but only for a cup). However, the only downside was that there wasn't much to offer when we went there as i think the previous guests had poured most of the alcohol; so when we reached there were only empty bottles and 2 choices left to pick from. It'll be nice if the staff were able to top them up and allow all guests to have an equal choice of selection next time. Nevertheless, I really look forward to staying here again the next time i visit japan.

The explanation at the front desk was clear and polite. The breakfast was good. The room was clean, and best of all, the natural hot springs relieved my fatigue and allowed me to sleep comfortably. In addition, there was no need to go through the check-out process, which was good for busy mornings.

I stayed for one night in Crayon Shin-chan's hometown. The hotel is near the east exit of Kasukabe Station. It's a quick walk out of the station. Opposite is the Kasukabe Information Station. The hotel is a hot spring chain, but we didn't go to experience it. The hotel is cleaner and more spacious than expected. However, it seems that the west exit is more lively. Overall, it is a good experience. By the way, check-out of the hotel is before ten o'clock, which is one hour earlier than other hotels. This is something you really need to pay attention to.

It was beyond my expectation. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the east exit of Kasukabe Station. Opposite is Kasukabe Information Station (where Shin-chan stamps his card). The room is small but has everything. There are free drinks in the lobby and breakfast is included (it is a self-service breakfast, which tastes very good and is not shoddy. I like it very much). It is also a short walk from Lala Garden. The front desk can communicate smoothly in English. You can take a hot spring bath but we didn't go.
