I was really looking forward to staying near the forest, but I almost didn't sleep a wink and froze to death. The mattress had a huge hole, and there were enormous rats running around everywhere. I was terrified all night. I went out at 2 AM to seek help from the hotel, but no one was there. I was terrified in the forest. It was very cold at night, and there were no blankets. I was so cold that I had to wrap myself in all my clothes. The hotel facilities were like those of a rural guesthouse, only suitable for backpackers, not for inexperienced travelers. It's also far from the city, more suitable for foreigners than Chinese tourists. The night was filled with terror; I spent a night in the rats and freezing cold—a truly unforgettable experience. For this price, this experience is absolutely terrible. One of the worst hotels ever, a very bad experience. A hotel that almost drove me to despair; I barely slept a wink all night.

The following is a version after sorting out and rewriting the text you provided: --- The natural environment is indeed good, but the service quality is seriously not up to par. This so-called "wild luxury hotel" is only "wild" but not "luxurious". The waiter's response speed is extremely slow, and it is impossible to find someone, and even the basic accommodation needs cannot be met. There was no quilt on the bed. I contacted the hotel at night to ask for a quilt, but I couldn't find anyone at all. Mosquito nets were not provided (although the hotel pictures showed that there were some), which resulted in many mosquito bites when sleeping at night. The catering service is also very bad. Due to insufficient staff, the speed of serving meals is extremely slow, and it takes three hours to wait for a meal. What's worse is that there is a hole in the tent. I don't know what animal ran in and gnawed my bag. There are also obvious contradictions about booking a hotel. When booking, the hotel clearly stated that a tent can only accommodate two people at most, and no extra beds are allowed, even for children. Therefore, the two adults and two children were forced to book two tents. However, after arriving at the hotel, we found that the tent space was very large and could accommodate more people. The hotel even took the initiative to propose an extra bed. This makes me unable to understand why extra beds were not allowed before. When dining in the evening, we found that there were six tables of people dining including us (when we asked during the day, we learned that the hotel only had six tents), which indicates that the hotel may have overbooked. In general, this hotel has many problems, unprofessional service, and chaotic management. Thank you to Ctrip customer service for coordinating, contacting and comforting all night, and providing corresponding compensation. But such a hotel obviously needs agents to strengthen supervision and improvement.

We booked a room with three meals. We didn't pay attention to the number of people at that time. We thought it was the same as in China. As long as we booked a room, we could have as many people as we wanted. When we got here, we had three more people, including two children. We had to pay a total of 240 US dollars. I felt quite regretful at that time. I felt that the three meals were not worth eating. I didn't expect that after checking in, I would have a different experience. There was a rich barbecue for dinner. In the morning, we went to see the animals and the breakfast packed for us was also very rich. In addition to the rich lunch at noon, each person got a big lobster, which was much more than we expected. The most unforgettable thing was lying on a chair at night, with a bonfire burning next to me, lying on a recliner with my child, looking at the starry sky, counting stars, and looking for constellations, and there were no mosquitoes. After living in a hotel for so many years, this is the first time I have seen such a beautiful starry sky and the first time I have eaten such a big lobster in the meal. It feels worth it! The accommodation conditions of the room are a little worse because it is a wild camp, which should be understandable.

Very satisfied! If you like to experience the original ecology, I recommend staying here for one night. Because it is a camp, there are definitely no five-star facilities, but to experience the original ecology and Safari, this hotel is worth staying once. The service is very thoughtful and attentive. In addition to three meals, tea will be arranged before leaving for Safari in the morning, and juice will be arranged to welcome you when you return. If you plan to go on Safari, it is recommended to book this hotel directly. Their guides are very professional. This time I saw Ceylon leopards, elephants up close, and other gray leaf monkeys, deer, crocodiles, and various birds. I have been to Yala Safari many times before. In comparison, their guides are really professional, know how to find Ceylon leopards, and are very patient in finding them.

Very good Safari and accommodation experience! You can contact the hotel directly through WhatsApp before check-in, and they will send the meeting point address in advance to pick you up. Although the reservation is a tent room, it is actually a wooden house. The air conditioning and hot water are sufficient. The food cooked by Promod Chef is considered to be very delicious in Sri Lanka👍👍 The Safari on the second day was booked directly with the hotel. The guide Achi was very helpful. He located the traces of the Ceylon leopard twice by listening to the sound. So lucky!

When you arrive, you need to call the hotel staff to inform them that they will drive a large pickup truck to pick you up. The moment you bump along the Safari's protective net and arrive at the hotel's large viewing platform, it is so shocking. In the depths of the jungle, squirrels shuttle around your feet, and eagles fly at low altitude. Rest in front of you The tent is very big and can accommodate our family of four. I didn’t understand that the two older and younger children could not be accommodated during the reservation. Ctrip asked the agent many times and said that the number of occupancy was exceeded. When checking in, the staff asked if we should live together or separately in two tents. Even if it is a waste, of course I chose to stay. Let's go together and live in one tent for the price of two tents. The hotel provides three meals a day, lunch at 12:00 and dinner at 19:30 The time to enter the Safari twice is 5:30 and 14:30. If you arrive at the hotel at 14:30, you can stay for one night and enter the Safari twice. It is a great value. 100 knives/person. Half price for 8 years old. Free for 4 years old. About Safari, I am so lucky. My grandfather is very talented and his eyesight is incomparable. I saw a leopard bear, an Asian elephant with tusks, great value.

To arrive at the camp, you need to go to kataragama and call in advance, and then they will drive a jeep to pick you up, as shown in the first picture. As soon as we entered the door, a waiter greeted us with drinks. The camp environment is very good, the service is very attentive and thoughtful, including three meals, the food is great, and the atmosphere of dinner is super good. We also booked a Safari at the camp. The guide is very professional and took us to see the Ceylon leopard and the Sri Lankan sloth bear, of which the total number of survivors currently does not exceed 1,000! Super super recommended!

From the scenery to the service to the food, everything was great. I have to give a thumbs up to the hotel staff and their careful preparation. The hotel's Safari was also very attentive, lasting a full 5 hours.
