My family and I had a wonderful stay at this charming, family-run and very comfortable country hotel and I feel embarrassed that it has taken me several months to write a review. The hospitality and food were heart-warmingly good. (My son would highly recommend the braised beef and celeriac dish - he had it every night!) They family celebrate the best of local ingredients and we enjoyed trying the different olive oils they champion. It is a quiet area away from the more touristy scene, but very pretty. There was late snow so the view of Mount Olympus was extra stunning, but it meant we couldn’t try the pool or the outdoor seating areas. They are doubtless lovely in the warmer months.

Some places you visit, and some places stay in your heart forever. Our five-day stay at Ktima Bellou was exactly that—an experience that we will carry with us for a long time. This is so much more than just a hotel. It’s a home. It’s a family. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful family that runs this hotel brought us into their world, making us feel like we truly belonged. They take care of everything. And I mean everything. From the smallest, most thoughtful details to the bigger requests, nothing was ever too much trouble. It's rare to find a place with such genuine warmth and dedication. We left feeling not like guests, but like cherished members of the family. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay, look no further. We cannot recommend Ktima Bellou highly enough.

I'm writing this review with much pleasure as I seldom write reviews - it needs to be an extreme experience for me to write it... This time it's been the best experience! My wife and I reached Ktima Bellou when it was already dark after some seven hours on the road... It was rainy and cold. We were greeted by Kosta and were led write into our beautiful room with its burning fireplace... The dinner that followed was prepared and served with excellent taste. We stayed three nights. all was perfect. Any request was met with good spirit. The food was tasty, elegant and plentiful. The bed and amenities were of the best quality. When we left it was snowing hard and we received the most complete help with clearing our car and preparing it for our departure. Kosta and Afroditi are the best of hosts - they want to excel in what they do and they certainly accomplish it!

This hotel is pretty damn close to perfection. Although perhaps a little hard to find, once you are there, you don’t really want to leave. Fairly newly built (but in traditional Macedonian style) this rural complex, composed of hotel, swimming pool, separate house accommodations and gardens, is beautifully landscaped onto a hillside location looking out onto the surrounding, forested mountains. It is an environmental haven with most of the produce raised or grown on site. The rooms are furnished in rustic style with small balconies. They also have fireplaces – ideal for winter escapes. The restaurant serves a la carte breakfasts and dinners. All the food is freshly prepared and the quality is excellent. Indeed, breakfast on the terrace in the morning sunshine with that wonderful view is a memory that will linger long in my mind. The icing on the cake though are the staff. The manager – her grandfather originally owned the land – and her small band of helpers could not be more kind or helpful – especially with advising on local attractions. Thoroughly recommended for a quiet rural escape.

We visited this farm stay on the recommendation of our niece a travel agent. We have travelled GREECE from NORTH TO SOUTH literally over 6 weeks. We have stayed at 5 star , apartments , seaside lodges the lot. . This place is outstanding . Detail to all things is amazing. From food to decor and service. A family run farm stay , who are so accomodating and friendly it’s so refreshing to see such warmth and curtesy . There is no hotel frenzy , it’s calm and relaxed. Wine list is amazing , food is organic mostly. And from their garden. They grow their own stuff mostly. The cooking classes were amazing , photos attached. I highly recommend it .

An enormous amount of thought has gone into this fabulous place. It’s not just the fresh farm produce. All the food we we were served had been thought about and then selected for its excellence. Absolutely amazing stay! I have never been to a place where people are so polite, food so tasty, views so picturesque, and the accomodation so elegant. Afrodite and Costas thank you for making us feel so special! Food served to us during breakfast and dinner was local, mouthwatering and served with love! Ktìma Bellou, Fantastic Greek Experience!
