No breakfast included First check-in was satisfactory. Shuttle service personnel was excellent. Check out was good. I liked not being woke up by housekeeping. The shower was the worst I've ever had. It was horrible to pay the exorbitant price for the hotel and not even get a voucher for breakfast to the restaurant ~

Decent room. Had to be upgraded because the smoke detector was beeping and needed replacement and they had the wrong one. You can hear stompers up above if on the bottom floor.

Ok place for the price The first run we were given had a very clogged, gross toilet. The front desk person switched us to another room and it was fine. Overall, the staff were all very friendly, but they definitely need more people. There was one person working the restaurant, she was bartender/waitress/everything. We never had housekeeping during our 2 night stay, which seemed odd. There was a fridge and countertop and everything in our suite, but no microwave. Overall, it was an ok stay, but I didn't think I'd stay again. The staff were definitely the highlight!

Excellent hotel We stayed on a Friday into Saturday and the hotel was lovely. We will definitely stay here again. Our room was very clean, although we did have some cobwebs on the balcony. The balcony overlooked the lake with a lovely view. The only negative comment I can make is the desk chair in the room is not practical for sitting for long periods of time and neither are the balcony chairs. All in all though, I was very pleased. Front desk gentleman at checkin made us feel right at home.
